Gulp ! It's Almost Time !!!!
The kitties have reached, or will reach very, very soon, two pounds. That means it's time to pay a visit to Met Vet, to have their itty bitty bits removed. (these are humane society kittens and in order to be adopted they must be spayed or neutered first)
Cornelius and Maddie have their appointments set for this Monday. Willamena and Lottie will be going in the following week. Once they have had their surgery and have had time to heal, they will be officially ready for adoption !!!
Now we don't adopt our kitties out to just anyone. These kitties have been seriously loved upon, so we insist they go to a home where they will continue to receive copious amounts of love and affection FOREVER.
We love to send the kitties out as pairs. It's so nice when they have a playmate. They never get lonely while you're off at work. They get into less trouble when they have someone to play with. I think Cornelius and Maddie would be a really good pair. Weight-wise, they are an excellent match for wrestling. They spend a lot of time playing together. Cornelius would be good with Willamena as well. They are such snuggle buddies. Heck, any two would be good together. They all love each other so, so much.
Our kitties have been around lots of people and other cats so they are very social beings. No wall flowers here. They are all very loving, affectionate and trusting.
So everybody,, who needs a sweet little kitten ( or two ) in their life? Speak up now ! Anyone who's seriously interested and lives in the Tacoma/Seattle area please shoot us an email.

What an adventure its been to see them all grow up through this blog. I'll be considering adopting one of them. Thanks for the wonderful blog so far! :)
ReplyDeleteaww, I wish I lived in your part of the country, because I have fallen in love with Maddie over the internet and I would love to take a pair of kittens home with me. Thankfully, I know these kitties will get great homes.
ReplyDeleteI can't believe the babies have grown up so fast. Oh how I wish I lived in Tacoma. I'd adopt two of your babies in a second.
ReplyDeleteI've got my fingers and toes crossed that everyone finds the bestest forever home very soon. And, of course, that they get to go in pairs.
Remember - cats are like potato chips. You can't have just one.
Glad to read you are doing the right thing, and getting the kitties fixed.
ReplyDeleteI hope their procedures go smoothly !
Aw man, if I still lived in Seattle, I'd be in line for Maddie. I think she's totally adorable. I'm sure you'll find a good home for her though!
ReplyDeleteIf I lived there, I'd grab Willamena (and whoever her best happened to be at the time) and take them home with me! It's kinda breaking my heart that she won't be mine...but I'll be saying a prayer or two that these babies get homes where they will be cherished forever, like the treasure that they are.
