It sure is quiet with just two kittens. I think Willamena and Lottie have been enjoying a little one-on-one time with each other. They been rolling around and wrestling. They've given each other baths. They've sat in the window and watched leaves blow by on this blustery day. They've batted at Charlene's twitching tail. They've snacked, they've napped.
I'm sure they'll be happy to be reunited with Cornelius and Maddie this afternoon. I know I will. I am sure they're doing just fine at the vet, but I can't stop thinking about them.
Gawd! That made me a little weepy. No surprise there...
ReplyDeleteIt's official - I have to come here FIRST every day. Thank you for: a) your care of the babies; b) your very clever captions and notes; c) the most splendid of pictures. I can't even TELL you how much I wish I was close enough to come for some of those babies. (And letting them go in pairs is brilliant and will NEVER be regretted by their new homes!)
ReplyDeleteI'm with dale-harriet; I can't wait for the new pictures and comments each day, and tonight I was hoping for an update on the patients. No news is hop[efully good news and we'll see their groggy little selves soon. Remember, as my fabulous vet always says, don't let them operate heavy equipment for a few days.
