On behalf of all the Mayfields, Porter and Clementine wanted to say thank for loving them all so much. They know they are the luckiest kitties in the world, being loved by so many. They promise to ecourage their parents to take lots of pictures and keep us all updated on their new lives.
So long from the Mayfields. They will never forget you.
Look at those angel and cute faces...aren't they adooorable?Porter, what are you thinking there?Maybe you were thinking:"should I go or not?.."Love you guys forever.......
ReplyDeleteOh how you are gonna be missed, you little darlings xx
ReplyDeleteSuch precious babies. Clementine is so exquisitely pretty and Precious Porter Pot Pie (I had to say it one last time) is such a little fur guy. I'll bet he grows up to look like a Maine Coon Cat because he's got so much "trim".
ReplyDeleteBless you on your way.
I know this is a happy day that they've all found new homes and great humans to love them... but it always makes me cry to see them go. Good luck little ones.
ReplyDeleteAnd I will never forget them! Snorgles to Porter & Clemmie!
ReplyDeletemy heart is breaking! Much love and happiness little guys!
ReplyDeleteHave fun! I can't wait to see pictures.
ReplyDeleteLaurie, are these photos, and the gorgeous one with Charlene and Porter, the result of your new birthday lens? The eyes in these bye-bye photos are so startling!
ReplyDeleteSigh.....
ReplyDeleteG'bye Mayfields, I enjoyed your stay.
I wonder what Bulah's bunch are up to.....
Oh my goodness, that last picture is fantastic. He looks ready to be the leader of the free world or some such thing... :-)
ReplyDeleteSigh... Bittersweet... Beautiful pictures... Laurie - you ever thought of producing one of those coffee table books of cats? I'd buy!
ReplyDeleteWould you please post your camera, lens and any other details because I want to be able to take as good pix of my brother and sister 6 week old tabby babies as you take of your foster kitties!
ReplyDeleteanne b,, yep,, it's the new lens. i am lovin' it. it was just about the greatest birthday present ever.
ReplyDeleteshbarth,, i would love to.. my dream would be to get a phone call from chronicle books asking if they could publish my pics.
anon.. nikon d-40 with a 50 mm lens. no flash, natural light only. cute subjects help. sleepy or sleeping kittens are easier to photograph than wide awake ones.
Job well done for the Mayfields, Laurie! Yay!!!!
