Beautiful Beulah Mae
Beaulah Mae is doing great and is getting her pre-pregnancy figure back. I think she's itchin' to get started on her new life, we're just waiting for all the babies to be big enough and old enough for surgery. It's amazing the difference in size between mama fed and bottle fed babies. With the exception of Ruth Anne, all these babies hit the two pound mark between 6 and 7 weeks. With bottle fed, it seems they don't hit the mark until 9 or 10.
Beaulah is such a beauty. She's looks pretty serious in this shot, but I assure you in person, she's a warm and loving girl.

Thank you! I was hoping you would give us an update on Beulah soon. She reminds me of my sweet Zellie, herself a teenage mama and now a very affectionate girl. Headbonks to Beulah!
ReplyDeleteShe is indeed beautiful! And such a good mama! Whisker-kisses to you, Beulah Mae!!!
ReplyDeleteThat's a gorgeous picture of a gorgeous girl.
ReplyDeleteAwwww! Beulah Mae - you're gaaaaawgeous!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful Lady! What tells in her eyes is her intelligence and her gentleness.
ReplyDeleteNo wonder her babies are so beautiful!
She is a genuine STUNNER! The loving care, excellent diet and gentle treatment - along with watching the tenderness with which her babies are treated - are combined in that beautiful serenity on her face. My Evangeline, too, is a (deeply-cherished) Soiled Dove.
ReplyDeleteWow! Beulah Mae is such a beauty, especially with such a luxurious backdrop! And she has been a wonderfully caring mama.
ReplyDeleteI bet having Miss Charlene Butterbean to assist with the lively kits has helped her "recover" so nicely.
Loves and ear rubs all around the IBKC household!
What a beautiful portrait. I'm curious: has Beulah Mae met Charlene ButterB? Or do you keep them separated?
ReplyDeleteIs Beulah going to be spayed at some point? Just curious.
ReplyDeleteSpatula,, we won't let the big girls meet. We don't want anyone to be stressed out, which can happen with two adult girl cats.
ReplyDeleteJessica, YES! All HS cats must be spayed or neutered before being adopted.
Awww. *cuddles the pretty extra-toed torbie lady* much love to beautiful Beulah.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Beulah Mae!
ReplyDeleteThis portrait reminds me of those pictures of Marilyn Monroe on the red sheets... except, of course, Beulah keeps her modesty under wraps!
Beulah Mae what a lovely Mummy cat you are. I hope you find a lovely forever home.
ReplyDeleteShe looks very intense, cute though!
