Oh, he is such a love! I want to reach right into the computer & smother him with hugs & snorgles! Where oh where, is the lucky human who will get to do this for a lifetime?
Oh, I wish I didn't live all the way across the country! I would adopt little Alvie in a second! The poor guy must miss having all his brothers and sisters around!
Laurie, we haven't seen many pictures of Alvie with Charlene. How are those two making out now that the other Pettibones have been placed in their loving forever homes?
if i didn't live on the opposite coast, I'd be all over this little buff honey colored man. WHY hasn't anybody adopted him yet? HE needs company! I hope somebody gives him a home soon!
Oh, Alvie...you're such a cutie-pie!! I wish I could adopt you - - I know you'd love it at my house (but I already have 3 cats.) I know you'll find a good, loving forever-home soon.
Oh, Alvie, your portfolio is outstanding! What a fine boy you are. It's going to be one fortunate family who adopts you. I just wish they'd come to their senses and do so soon.
To all those asking why he hasn't been adopted yet, I have inside info that someone has already e-mailed Laurie about meeting Alvie and possibly adopting him if all works out.
(Not me, but a friend of mine. Who has always wanted a little orange boy kitty.)
It's hard to believe he still hasn't been adopted. If I weren't in Eastern Canada with a husband who Put His Foot Down after the third (albeit sort of foster) cat. He's adorable. Although, I am a sucker for orange cats.
STEP UP, people! Maybe everyone is just being too polite ("After you"..."Oh, I couldn't, you go ahead"....no, really, be my guest". If that isn't the sweetest dreamsicle of a kitty, I sure don't know who is. (I can't believe he'll be there long; the whole COUNTRY can see how dear he is!) Also - remember, our IBK ONLY go to the most discerning; Alvie's family is en route, I',m sure.
I love the "Casual Alvie" shot at the end of the series. It makes me think of a young man laying back and showing off his furry belly ...>>ahem<<.... I mean many chest saying 'Here I am in all my creamsicle glory. Aren't I handsome?'
And I would have to agree, you are, Alvie! When are your Forever Family arriving to take you home???? Soon I hope!
I look her a dozen times a day to see if he found a home yet-poor Alvie-I know it is taking long because you have to find him the purrrfect humans so be sure to explain that to him! I don't want him to have hurt feelings.
This is a phenomenal set. Well done to both artist and model!

ReplyDeleteOMG! I soooo wish I lived in Tacoma so I could adopt lovely little Alvie! Would you consider letting him become a NY cat?
ReplyDeleteOh, he is sooo handsome, and those cute pink jellybean toes he is displaying in the third picture are really too much (let alone the fierce yawn)!

ReplyDeleteI am surprised no one has stepped up and snatched him up yet!
I will double the good energy towards the right family finding him asap.
6th one down. Clearly a Superior Cattitude if ever I saw one! Well done Alvie!

ReplyDeleteHis dreamy eyes just melt my heart.
ReplyDeleteHow is it possible that all within adopting distance have resisted this little guy? That yawning picture should do the trick.
