Hooray! Although I am disappointed that this means I can't have him, but I am too far away, anyway. I'm happy Orson found someone to love him as much as I do! ^_^
Oh, darling Orson with your pink nose and your way too curled eyebrow whiskers, and my heart.... I am so jealous and so happy. Ask these fortunate people to keep in touch with us so we can watch you grow.
Oh little Orson! I am so thrilled for you! See, I knew you weren't really a thug at all. Just an itty bitty kitty who needed a loving fur-ever family! Yay for them! They are very, very lucky! hugs & snorgles to you, little guy!
On a personal note, Pepi is getting her itty bitty bits removed tomorrow. I'm taking her to the vet tonight (it's a drive, but it's worth it since the foster agency is paying). I also gave her a Catster page.
its selfish i know, but i hate to see orson go. i was really hoping he could stay and be a forever pal to Ms. Butterbean. But I'm sure she has he hands full with all the fosters. Good luck little chunk-o-kitten, I'm sure your new parents will spoil you completely rotten. I hope so.
Congrats, Orson! No question about it, those are some lucky peoples, but then, ANY foreverpeeps for "our" babies are lucky, considering their early training-up. Our dear little Foundling was claimed by his forever home, by the way- turns out his name is "Figaro" (Gepetto's kitten in "Pinocchio"). Nice children, pleasant enough. But we're wondering if he'll get the kind of love and care and spoiling he was getting used to here! (We couldn't SAY anything...but he apparently didn't have a regular vet lined up and hasn't had any shots &c or an appt for his bitty bits.) (!) We may accept the invitation to visit him...and give him a Welcome Home present from us to him involving shots, surgery &c. OUR vet pronounced him clear of anything like fleas or earmites, gave us medicine for his slight eye problem and a negative Feline Leukemia test {whew}. You guys do SUCH good work, IBKC.
Kleinwort I think he will... He's got the front paws which makes me think that he's going to be like my sadly departed Thomas who was the tallest lankiest cat I've ever met!
No pics of Thomas I'm afraid apart from a kitten picture in the background with his departed brother Sooty.

What lucky parents little Orson has...that is surely striking the Kitty Lotto!! I too hope we continue to see pictures of him as he continues to grow into such a handsome fella. Congratulations to the new Forever Family and Belly Snorgles for Orson!
Yay for Orson! Have been reading your blog for the past several months and have really been enjoying it. The pictures are wonderful. As a volunteer of a cat rescue organization (and owner of two of my own), I'm always so happy when one of the itty bitty kitties gets there forever home. :)
Also, congrats on your two Blogger's Choice Award noms!
Curses! Foiled again! I'd just finalised my plans to sneak into Seattle in the dead of night and kitten-nap The Orsonator. I shall have to have to wait for the next batch of kittins.
Oh you little cuddler you...
ReplyDeleteThat's very very good news!
He is a little cuddler of a cat I'm sure - He certainly looks like it... ;)

ReplyDeleteOh thank goodness! I was trying to figure out how I could justify moving to Seattle so I could snatch little Orson up if no one claimed him.
