Hester Sue, you are perfection(just not quite as perfect as my Enid).
YAY for more biggies finding their forever homes ~ Buster & Cloud were adopted yesterday, and little Vanna too!
PS ~ Anne B, thanks for the kind words. I feel honored and so fortunate to have my dream job. I can't imagine life without kitties, and since I can't have my own (allergic hubby) I get to take care of the Cattery kitties instead. It's wonderful being surrounded by such sweet furry friends!
I always find it very telling if a pet...be it a dog or a cat...is able to sleep that deep in presence of people. The kitten must feel very safe. My Diego-cat sometimes sleeps that deep, too.
THUD! That's me falling over from the cuteness. How awesome...I miss having a little one to sleep like that. The sleep of kittens. I wanna snuggle her!
I agree with divageek, anytime I'm having a rotten day or in a bad mood coming over to look at the kitties always makes me smile. They are just so precious and Laurie's pictures so well done!
This is a perfect depiction of Peace - it's true, A.Nonymous; when an animal sleeps in our on us,they are laying aside the centuries of their nature, confident that we will protect them. This picture brings the sweetest emotions: tenderness, amusement, delight.....and 'sides that, it's our little Hester! (Sue, it's a testament to you - and to Laurie and the "ambience" of her home; megwetch. Megwetch.)
who needs wings when you look just like a perfect angel anyway?
ReplyDeleteHester. She's so sweet that she could induce a sugar coma in anyone.
ReplyDeleteThese pictures are almost surreal they are so precious.
If a kitty is going to fall asleep in someone's hands.. what better hands than Sue's? Ya'll are some cat whispering women around there!
