Wow, that is awesome! I love that they all line up. I wonder if they are always that good or if they ever end up eating someone elses food - I know my cats do, and I have to pick them up and put them at their own dish. They are so cute I would love to have all of them!
Was there EVER anything so sweet? (well...that is, since the last bunch is all I can say.) And - this one for a postcard too, please. (And likely the next ones which you haven't even taken yet, but who's counting?)
Wow!! It is another beautiful shot from Laurie. The 5 of them are soo adorable, eating in line like that.. Thanks for sharing, it is so cuuuttee - Jeanne
Every meal, the kittens dash into the kitchen and try to eat out of the first dish in the line-up. I usally have to pick them up and place them in front of their own bowl. They'll usually stay there until they are done eating. Sometimes they move around and eat from other dishes, but for the most part, this litter stays put.
Clovis and Rupert are easy to tell apart because of their size difference. Ruppert is much bigger. They're shaped much different too.
I've died and gone to heaven. They even have cute little kitty plates for their food!
ReplyDeleteMore insulin on tap for me tonight. :)
That is one seriously cute picture.
ReplyDeleteThud.
ReplyDeleteAnd isn't it adorable how Bunny even has bunny-back-feet!

ReplyDeleteHow precious. This is the very picture of concentration.
ReplyDeleteI agree w/Anne Boleyn about Bunny's bunny thumpers. (I learned that term here, and it's so appropriate.)
Despite the fact that I hate puns, the first thing that came to mind when I looked at this was 'It's a purrspective lesson!'
ReplyDeleteI feel unclean.
From this perspective it's much easier to see that Milton is indeed part of the litter. His little tabby face is just so different...
ReplyDeleteJudging by Clovis' posture this was the only split second when they actually lined up like that, Laurie is just so good that she caught it. :)
PS. Newer readers who liked this photo might also like the post Itty Bitty Breakfast Committee, written quite exactly a year ago.
Rupert looks pretty big compared to the others. They are all so adorable!! and so well behaved..I would love to invite them for a party at our house.
ReplyDeleteThis is so adorable! Clovis does look like he's ready to dart at any second (as in - if someone else's food looks better!)
ReplyDeletedo they always line up in the same order?
ReplyDeleteI love them!
(my own furbaby is mad at me this morning because *we* are fasting to go to the vet)
Oh Boy.....Oh Boy......Oh Boy...I just can not get enough of this blog....

ReplyDeleteLook at that crew! What a line up of kitty deliciousness!
ReplyDeleteHow do you tell Clovis and Rupert apart? I know Bunny and Norman have distinctive white fluff... what about these other two black kitties?
ReplyDeleteSuch a great shot. Do they always eat like that? My guess is no and that they are sometimes tempted by what's on the others plates.

ReplyDeletehow in the world do you get anything else done while you have this incredible source of fluff and kittenish action?
ReplyDeleteHow in the world did you get them to stay so perfectly lined up? I love the Ashbys!
ReplyDeleteI'll take five from column A please!
ReplyDeleteThese kittens are so special! - They do seem especially close!
I just hope that nobody ever smashes one of Clovis's pots -- he'll never forgive 'em!
ReplyDeleteAdorable! That's all I can say! I was thinking of fostering kittens myself actually.
