Can anything be cuter than this? I'm thinking you'll need to find someone who wants to adopt all five. Little Mr. Mumps just cracks me up. I can't wait to discover the names of these darlings.
I'm practically breathless w/awe. These babies landed in heaven on earth when they arrived in the arms of the IBKC.
I love that they're in the basket so many other itty bitties have used as a bed (and a vantage point from which to ambush their siblings).
The looks on their faces is the definition of love and trust. If I lived there I'd be right outside that nursery door w/Charlene, waiting for quarantine to end.
Whoever that extra fluffy black kitten is, he is ADORABLE. Stuffed into the bottom of the pile, his purring is probably keeping all his siblings awake!
Could this be any more intriguing? Leaking information, deleted comments, and the best basketful of kittens in the universe. I'd be such a bad witness because I noticed what I thought must be a surname, went back to see if Laurie had mentioned one under the picture (no), and promptly forgot what it was because I figured it was just someone's suggestion. Breathless anticipation........
OMG so cute!!!! Don't keep us in suspense any longer on the names! I see from this picture that the little tabby boy is a classic tabby - love that pattern.
Well, I guess Laurie just didn't realize that some (all?) of us will click on any kitten pics in sight hoping to see them in bigger size. Her Flickr account was a bit too informative for a while... I guess we are to be kept in suspense until Charlene meets the babies (or something). What should we call them until then? BasketBabies? MarchKittens? Basketful? Furry Basket?
At least to me all these photos are far too adorable not to be clicked on! Besides, even in the slightly bigger original I had to count three times to make sure there really are five kittens in that basket. If there's only one basket that looks like this, these kittens are tiny!
What a perfect basketful of fuzzy goodness! They're all packed so tightly that it looks like one of those Escher drawings with no space between the images.
I believe I want to bury my face into the middle of that basket as much as I've ever wanted ANYTHING! They are ALL what everyone else said and more...oh my but they are precioussssssssss!
At first I was like: whatever kind of comments could be removed??? the IBKC fans are super cool and would never say anything inappropriate...
Then, I read on: it's spoilers for names!!!!!!
*big smile on my face and in my heart*
I just knew that the IBKCers wouldn't do anything bad. I knew it.
Okay, on with the REAL news: awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. Luv the little black one at the bottom of the pile. He's like, "this basket was a lot roomier when I FIRST got here!!!" I'm also imagining tiny guy crying and kneading the edge of the basket when he first saw Charlene.
Laurie, you've done it again ~ no one can resist the adorableness of these babes!
A little slow in the Cattery this week but Tiger & Bear did find their new forever home TOGETHER! Yay! They're two big and quite handsome all black four-year-old brothers who were brought in as strays. They're so bonded, we wanted to keep them together forever, and now they will be! Yay!
I just about fell over from the cute once I read enough comments to get a description of what was up in the pictures. *melts* Awww! Heaven in a basket, right there. *beams*

ReplyDeleteViewing them one by one over the last few days I didn't see much of a family resemblance, but with all of them together I'm seeing it. Too cute!
ReplyDeleteI see more packs of kitten note cards in the future!
ReplyDeleteI believe I want to bury my face into the middle of that basket as much as I've ever wanted ANYTHING! They are ALL what everyone else said and more...oh my but they are precioussssssssss!
ReplyDeleteCat puzzle!
ReplyDeleteA bushel of kittens!
ReplyDeleteTons o'fun will be had by all once the quarantine is over!
How many gallons of hand sanitizer to you go thru per year, Laurie?
Good thing Charlene has the immune system of a floofy tank!
Does she purr the whole while when at the door of the kitten-room?
