There's a third little black kitty in the litter! Like the other two boys you've met, he's not completely black. He's got some subtle stripes on his backside, and a tiny bit of white on his chest and chin.
He's not a serious as he looks in this picture. He was just taking a little time out after scaling all the way to the top of the bed.
i love him. i must have him. teach him to bark, jim will never know i brought home a kitty!
ReplyDeleteHe looks smokey. Pretty baby!
ReplyDeleteThose white marks serve as "scratch here" reminders.
ReplyDeleteI too love all of them and am a "mere" 3,000 miles away or would take the entire batch!
ReplyDeleteWhat precious faces and eyes full of wonder. What joy they'll bring to their forever families.
That makes 4... how many more in this precious group??
ReplyDeleteOh so deliciously cute...love the little hint of white on his chest.
ReplyDeleteShana, I love your idea...I think that's what I'll do with the next kittie I smuggle home...teach it how to bark and try to convince hubby it's a dog (and as such, not breaking my promise of "no more cats...three is ENOUGH"
is there a teeny tiny splinter in his right nostril?
ReplyDeleteAh, I'd swear this one and the black itty bitty have elf ears...
ReplyDeleteHe leaves me speechless! (And any regulars to this site know that's a tall order for me[even though this is a lot of words for being speechless]).
ReplyDeletehis crooked little grumpy mouth is just sooooo cute.
ReplyDeletecould these fellows get any cuter!!!????
ReplyDelete::headbutt:: What an adventurous kitty you are. Climbing up the bed all by yourself. You're going to get into SO much trouble when you're older!
ReplyDeleteOh look at that little face!
ReplyDeleteI want more pictures that show scale! Pretty please? Let's see how tiny he is next to the bed pillow or something?
OMG! They just get cuter & cuter!
ReplyDelete*swoons*
He is not sitting quiet and peeing? My brothers little kitty does that sometimes... :-P
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful to have more kittens to follow! Ms Butterbean is certainly in for a birthday treat! Can't wait to see those pictures ;)
ReplyDeleteJust look at that darling face with the determined chin and button eyes. And you can tell that baby belly is full by the way his hind legs are spread and the belly is resting on the bed. I'm in love.
ReplyDeleteHave you seen this site:

Just FYI, the black kittens will eventually lose their stripes - or at least, they become nearly invisibly blended into one colour. My black cat solidified at about six months.
ReplyDeleteWhere's the windex? I have to wipe the smooches off the monitor...I was *aiming* for that little nosie! It's true, each itty bitty is cuter than the ones before, how can it be? Oh, and Nicole? YEAH! How fun would it be to go help out there for a while? First time I saw the Caboodle Ranch I determined to try to get up some contributions..........
ReplyDeleteMy black darlin began as a deep seal color; her guard hairs, once grown in, were black. What a charmer though... do we have a family name yet? Do the 3 lil brothers have a sister? Barely able to wait!
ReplyDeleteOn this awesome purry note - I will go snorgle my girls.
ReplyDeleteWe are puppyless for another night...so they get special attention
such a sweety - welcome little one!
ReplyDeleteHi , just stumbled over your kittens - love them however being in Florida it means he will find a place closer to "home" Thanks for you good work.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cuuuuute baby. Squeeeee! :)
