Here's a picture of dear little Tressa from the day the moved in. The kittens were exactly 8 weeks old, which means their birthday is Valentine's Day. I didn't do the math until after they were named 'Lovejoy", but how appropriate it ended up being!
Well, something just occurred to me: if you look at ALL your early pictures of any of the babies, they're always shown on something soft, and cozy, and snuggly, and warm - they know from the minute they're carried through your door, they're in a place of comfort, safety, care - and LOVE. Would that all babies - EVERYwhere - (including human) could be guaranteed the same.....
That fuzzy-headed little sweetie. And those enormous ears. It doesn't get any more adorable than this.
Knowing how much thoughtfulness you put into naming your tiny charges, it doesn't surprise me how perfect this family name turned out to be. You have the gift, Laurie.
What a grown up young lady she is now; comparing the last post with this one. I've had my baby boy cat just over a year now (sigh). And he's a hulking great tom cat now. They grow up too quick!!
she is stunning. I love that by intuition you must have known they wer valentines day sweethearts!
ReplyDeleteShes lovely - My fav kitten out of this family.

ReplyDeleteThere is no end to the cuteness with Tressa!
