While Craig watered the plants last night, Charlene got to spend some time on the porch, and then did a little exploring in the front yard. OH JOY! Nothing makes Ms Butterbean happier than stepping outside for a spell.
I love Charlene. she's so photogenic. that top picture looks so much like one I took of my first cat, Midnight, a big floofy mitted tuxedo. same pose, similar expression. see what you think.
I can never get enough of Miss Butterbean. How do you live with such a cute specimen? Her face is so expressive. Does Drewey ever go outside? How IS the sweet old girl, anyway?
My oldest cat, Sarge, loves to go outside and walk around like Butterbean. He doesn't go far and I keep my eye on him so he won't be at risk. Butterbean is really cute when she sits and looks at the camera.
Nothing feels better than grass under bare toes, eh Butterbean? Just as long as you didn't nom on some of that grass and leave a present for your Mom and Dad on the floor in the house after you went back in.
Seems like no matter how long I leave mine in the back yard, they WAIT until they're back in the house to deposit their present. Sigh...
Oh Ms. Butterbean, what a poser you are! You are a very striking kitty! Gorgeous shot of her in the green grass. I love her blue eyes. They are such a deep blue like too pools of water. Thank you Ms. Butterbean for helping out with all the kittens.
Love your blog - love your pictures - love Miss Charlene's blue eyes! My Banjo has those baby blues as well. Makes for a most beautiful kitty kat cat indeed!
Oh Charlene you are a lovely ladycat!!

ReplyDeleteWhat a stunner. The beauty of Ms. Bean never fails to knock me right on my butt.
ReplyDeleteAlthough in the second-last photo her cat-pants are so fluffy she kind of looks like a merino sheep. :-D

ReplyDeleteWhat lovely photos! I'm sure that Charlene believes that you have the blue flowers and blue paint in the yard just to accent her gorgeous eyes.
ReplyDeleteCharlene, green is definitely your color.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures, I bet the little kittens are a bit jealous for not getting outside....
ReplyDeleteMs. Butterbean is GORGEOUS! Is she a Himalayan?

ReplyDeleteNice Cataloons Butterbean:)
ReplyDeleteTracy,, our little old lady cat is doing just fine. Unlike Charlene, she's able to go in and out as she pleases.
ReplyDeleteJake and Micah, we don't know what she is. She looks a lot like a Birman.

ReplyDelete@JasonInIllinois: We had a "Sarge," too! We figured he had so many stripes on his arm, he must be at least a sergeant!
ReplyDeleteShe looks like a very happy cat. And echoing the comments of others, yes, Butterbean is a beautiful kitty.
ReplyDeleteA day away from my computer and look what happens!
ReplyDeleteMiss Charlene The Bean is soooo my favorite. FOREVER!
