Oh an orange girl...*melt*...I love love love the orange kitties...they just have a special something about them...maybe I'm biased because my Gambino is an orange boy, but I just think the orange ones are adorable! Can't wait to hear more about this little creamsicle girl :)
Oh.My. I'm in love. Again. This tiny beauty has such a worried look on her face. She *is* so very brave; posing for her close-up in spite of her misgivings. I can hardly wait to see her transformation as she settles into life as a protege of the Butterbean.
ohhh that is a nice transition..between the orange Lovejoys and that cute little tiny baby..she is soooo sweet...You will be so much loved by all of us..dont be afraid little one...- Jeanne
The perfect antidote to a crabby Wednesday morning: to look out here and see this precious little darling ;o) can't wait to mee the rest of her family!
what a little punkin! that one can speak with her eyes. they are saying "love me, love me, love me," and from the comments it sounds like everyone has listened to her command!
Squeeeeeeeeeeeee! My own Sweet Baby Chloe is a marmalade with a white chin and chest poof, complete with white back paws and a french manicure on the front. She is the embodiment of everything a kitten should be - sweet, adorable, purry, AMAZINGLY soft (more than a chinchilla!) and sometimes a crazy nomming terror! You are gonna have soo much fun Miss Laurie!!
Mr. Cicero Golding begs leave to express his uttermost adoration for this tiny marmalade girlie, who must surely be a distant cousin of his by her markings. Marjorie is quite smitten too. Loudest purrs and teensy gentle scritchies!
When I was looking for my cat, I wanted an orange female, but everywhere I went, I was told they were really rare, so I ended up compromising and getting an orange male (the absolute best cat in the world).
Is this little sweetie a rare gem? I've never confirmed this.
how adorable! she looks just teenie tiny. please place a quarter beside her in a photo for size-reference. (at least then i can imagine how she fits nicely in the palm of my hand) :)
"I can hardly wait to see her transformation as she settles into life as a protege of the Butterbean."
Yes! All who pass through Miss Charlene Butterbean's Charm and Finishing School are exceptionally well equipped to settle into their furever homes with their furever families. ;)
Welcome little girl...I have an orange boy, named Harry, and he was rescued from the streets when he was about 4 years old. He's a real charmer...I'll bet you are too!
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!! she's sooooo cute! she looks just like my little Grendel....well, except that he's like 10lbs now. that's an adorable picture by the way. especially the second one! LOL
I love her little disgruntled face in the second photo! I just generally love it when cute little cats and kittens are all grumpy and surly. 'I cannot take you seriously! No, I cannot take you seriously at all! Who's a pretty girl?'
Oh, isn't she a sweetie! She looks like a Maude to me.
ReplyDeleteOh!!!!! She looks so pitiful --- but so cute at the same time. She is in dire need of some Laurie and Charlene loving!!!
ReplyDeleteI love the orange girls! (my littlest is an orange girl - well, lady, as she's 10 years old.) I wonder if this one will be as chatty as my Pandora? :)

ReplyDeleteMy Riley was advertised by the Humane Society as a girl but when I got there a boy he was.
I got him anyway, as I had already told him that 'he was safe now' ... he was supposed to be Meredith.

ReplyDeleteOuch. I think my heart just lept out of my chest.
ReplyDeleteI have a special soft spot for marmies - I type that as my 8-year old marmie boy is staring right at me typing.
Brave little girls make me start thinking about adopting again.
Aw, I wish I could tell her not to worry. She couldn't be in better hands (Laurie's) or paws (Charlene's).
ReplyDeleteHello little one! (I think she looks a "Maeve" personally)
ReplyDeleteI dreamed last night I had a red kitten. I guess my grownup marmalady is a kitten at heart, but there's just something about the tiny orange ones.
ReplyDeleteI am so excited! She's utterly precious. Can't wait to see some photos of her siblings too! =)
ReplyDeleteOh goody, goody, More Kittens!! Meeting them is almost the best part.
ReplyDeleteHello you teeny tiny little punkin! I want to scritch your petite little head. :)
ReplyDeleteOh.My. I'm in love. Again. This tiny beauty has such a worried look on her face. She *is* so very brave; posing for her close-up in spite of her misgivings. I can hardly wait to see her transformation as she settles into life as a protege of the Butterbean.
