I'm sorry I don't have pictures to post yet. I JUST got home with 5 little cuties and I am getting them settled in right now. They are a lovely little mix. This time, we've got four boys and one girl, the EXACT opposite of our last Darling litter.
I know you're anxious. If you need to kill some time while you wait for me to post some pictures, you always head over here, and make a pledge. Ten days left folks and yep, the bar has been raised to 20 squillion.
woooooooooooo hoooooooooooooooo .... 5 new babies (I dare not call them "darlings")!
ReplyDeletedoes that mean that you get two rooms?
ReplyDeletecan't wait ... can't wait ... i wonder if i've met them ... can't wait!
ReplyDeleteCame over here after seeing Charlene's Twitter about being excluded from the kitten room...was hoping for pix. So I will just have to mosey on over to the donation page.
ReplyDelete20 SQUILLION - come on, folks - we can get there in 10 days!
Anon,, They're not Darlings, but they are darling!!
ReplyDeleteAbigail,, that's never been mentioned. I'm so proud we earned one sponsorship.
Shana,, you might of met them, they were dropped off yesterday with another litter by a very irresponsible pet owner.
5 new babies! Can't wait... and darn those irresponsible pet owners, but thank goodness they dropped them off at the Humane Society instead of something worse.
ReplyDeleteOoh the poor lambs, bless you Laurie!
ReplyDeleteThe way I see it, five more squillion for five new babies... seems fair to me.
ReplyDeleteok - is anyone else hitting 'refresh page' every 5 minutes (or less) hoping some pictures will pop up?
ReplyDeleteAnticipating in Arlington
garrh, now I can't go to bed until the pics are up 8-) - it's past 11 p.m. here on the other side of the world ...

Absolutely Webthistle. I'm wit 'cha on this. Dashiell's excited too. He's on my lap kneading me as I write.
ReplyDeleteOops. I should've written "webbthistle." I apologize. I blame it on the excitement.
ReplyDeleteI would love to have a whole scrum of new kittens. The fun factor is undeniable.
ReplyDeleteAlso: since the bar's been raised to 20 squillion, I will reiterate my previous idea -- auction the naming rights to the new litter. One bid per kitten.
oh my! i do know them ~ they spent a split second in the visitation room where we all swooned over them.
ReplyDeleteibkc fans are in for a real treat with these babes!!
How awesome, five new babies and a challenge to boot!! Can't wait to see the pictures of the next little IBK family
ReplyDeleteYes, please don't keep us waiting too long. We need a kitty fix! Want to see those (darling) faces. Great job on everyone's part. Keep the money coming in. I think a name challenge would be great. You pay, you name!
ReplyDeleteShana & LAurie - you are so AWFUL!!!!
ReplyDeleteTaunting us with knowledge we do not have....while we eagerly await the first photo(s)!
Doesn't matter what they look like - so I will be the first to say "I AM IN LOVE" with them.
20 Squillion??!?!?! Isn't that larger than the national debt???!?!?!
ReplyDelete(OK, I'll donate again. Sheesh!)
Oh Momma Laurie..
ReplyDeleteSigh...
New Babies.....
My smile of the day...other than making a contribution....
Hugs and Headbutts to all
I'm visualizing a batch of bitties in the rag rug style basket that other litters have used. I love the continuity. And it doesn't matter to me, either, what they look like. I'm already in love too.
ReplyDeleteMaren came to us through our vet. One of his techs called me and said, "We have a cat that was abandoned outside our office. Would you like to come have a look at her?" Like I was gonna refuse her because she had a beauty spot on her face, or her stripes were too far apart or ... well, you get the idea. I brought a carrier with me.
Lynda, you echo my sentiments exactly. Each kitten or grown up cat has that special something that just makes us fall in love.
ReplyDeleteBTW, my F5 Key might be wearing out awaiting the Fab 5's first photos.
