Day one with the camera revealed a few interesting shots, but a whole lot of blah ones. Charlene spent a good chunk of time under the bed upstairs, and took some very dark photos of carpet and our bedspread.
This was by far Charlene's best capture of the day. Those vertical lines are her whiskers.
Judging by the perspective of this shot, I think she was sitting in front of the kittens' food bowls. Actually, she may have been eating the kittens' food when it was taken. Because her whiskers are vertical, her head must be tilted. When she eats, she picks up a few morsels, and then turns her head to side while she chews them.
Charlene, you are so busted.
Hilarious, darling, wonderful Butterbean cam!
ReplyDeleteHilarious :)
ReplyDeleteGreat composition, Charlene. I think you took the best first day picture of any of the cats!
ReplyDeletePssst. You should put your paw over the lens when you're pilfering the kitten food!
Fabulous 'skers, too! Epic 'skers. I feel a poem coming on...
HAHA! Camera doesn't lie, Charlene!
ReplyDeleteBad,bad Charlene!
ReplyDeleteNO! Bad Laurie for the kitty cam to bust The Bean. Poor Bean having to eat adult fuds when kitten fuds are so much more tasty!
The whiskers are as FAB as the toe floof. Carry on Charlene. (Today is National Puncuation Day but not spelling day)
This BeanCam thing makes me just laugh! I love the idea of seeing what Charlene is doing all day. And here people think cats just sleep. Mine don't wear collars so I could never do this but I bet they do very similar things, plus bug each other.
ReplyDeleteI find this to be hysterical. Both the pic and the fact that she turns her head to chew. I imagine her really enjoying that kitten food. Does the camera have a flash? I imagine it probably startled her a few times while she was napping under the bed!
ReplyDeleteWhiskery views too cute
ReplyDeleteCharlene Butterbean loves food lots
Click, Gotcha dear Bean
anon,, no flash on the camera.
ReplyDeleteHAHAHA! Nothing worse than ratting yourself out! Poor Bean Girl! =D
ReplyDeleteThat is a great shot - it is pretty funny too!
ReplyDeleteMy adult cat just started a "diet" and so, despite him normally avoiding the crate where my foster kittens eat and escape to (first ones ever, and not as little as yours, I'm better with adults), I found him in there this morning munching on their food. He would take bite, then look around, then bite, then look...it was rather adorable though not helpful for his weight!
ReplyDeleteI should get MY can a camera so I can see what he's been up to!
ReplyDeleteToo cute! Totally agree with Cynthia, Charlene's got Epic Whiskers!
ReplyDeleteOh, I hope Friskies starts selling kitty-cams! I have forever wondered what our nutty Seven does while we are out of the house!
ReplyDeleteI squee-d last night when i found out dearest Char was a Friskies Cam-Cat!!! Josh, my dear BF, was equally intrigued. We look forward to a lot of kitten shots from Mrs. Bean!!!
ReplyDeleteAnd yet, the first one... Oh Char.. While it *may* be a bit incriminating.. the whiskery shot of the inquisitive kitten looking at you, thinking... "Why is she telling me that I didn't see ANY of this? I can see this just fine!!!"
P.S. I KNOW I wasn't the only one who thinks that Miss Char is the bestest cat out there to be taking photographs!!!! Now I must purchase a collar cam for my little girl as well... (love the pic of Charlene with it on her collar!!!!)
ReplyDeleteNow we know why Charlene loves having the babies in the house. :D
ReplyDeleteYah we got a bunch of blah pictures as well! Im going to put it back on her tonight since ill be leaving for a while, and leave some of the house lights on, maybe it will help out!
ReplyDeleteLOL! Yes, most of the previous cat cam shots I've seen are pretty dull. But every once in a while....
ReplyDeleteChanpon, I think you've got an excellent point!
Oh Charlene... When the Big Kitties come by and offer you kitten food after school, you're supposed to Just Say No. Come on Ms Butterbean, you can do it--just quit cold turkey!
ReplyDeleteThis is awesome, but I am tots unsurprised that most shots were pretty boring. Cats aren't that active. Fortunately, they are adorable even when they are hiding under beds.
ReplyDeleteROFL at poor Ms. Butterbean caught in the act of sneaking some kitten fud. Oh Ms. Bean, you are so bad but so cute too! Love the whiskers shot with the kitten's face which judging from the kitten, Mom, Ms. Butterbean is in our fud again. Save some for us kittens, Ms. Bean!
