What a stunner! Such a beautiful shot. I'm a foster mama too, but for the Seattle Humane Society -- your blog is an inspiration :). I hope we can get such nice shots of our little girl for our blog!
Oh!!!! Cutest. I love how it looks like s/he spent too much time lying out in the sun on one side, and now one side's faded. Or else, half of him/her takes after mummy-cat, and half after daddy-cat, but the halves did not mesh, just sat side-by-side. Adorable.
Laurie, photographing her against an orange background was inspired! Like so many who have posted today, I have a tortie, too. How can anyone resist them?
yay I love Torties, I have 2 myself
ReplyDeleteAnd she's a beauty! Oh the snorgling i would give her! What a sweet little face.
ReplyDeleteI want a name!!!
ReplyDeleteOooh, a half-and-half face with eyebrows!!!
ReplyDeleteAnd a gorgeous one it is! How many siblings?
ReplyDeleteLove how her little muzzle is kinda outlined by the light fur, like a big smile! :3
ReplyDeleteOh, what a sweetheart! She looks like a spirit sister to my Samhain and Gypsy!
ReplyDeleteI gave her my family's highest kitty accolade: one look at that face and I squealed, "What dat booboo!" (No translation possible)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! She/he has such dramatic and lovely facial markings! Many women pay LOTS of money for such gorgeous highlights.
ReplyDeleteOh, my. This kitty has a LOT to say. That face, those eyes, just bursting with intelligence. How precious.
ReplyDeletei love how the hair colors are usually split down the middle like that. i had one once that we named eclipse
ReplyDeleteShe's a dead ringer for my fur-niece Precious. So cute.
ReplyDeleteLook at that intense gaze! She seems to say, "When you are finished with that ridiculous little box, can I have my scritches?"
ReplyDeleteYay for subtle red tabby-cat eyeliner! My mom's cat has that too.
ReplyDeletei adore torties! expecially black torties, how cute. she's adorable.
ReplyDeleteHello, beautiful baby! I can't wait to learn more about you.

ReplyDeleteMust see all floofy babies together, in a pile.
She looks like my tortie Katia. Hopefully she is as much of a sweetheart as mine is.
ReplyDeleteHer beautiful split face makes me think of the divine TWYLA!
ReplyDeleteIf Twyla's mom is watching, please send update photos!
awww! she looks almost exactly like our baby floofie tortie! except this little one has a full blond necklace, ours has a half necklace. :3
ReplyDeleteSweetie! She looks like a tiny version of my venerable old-lady-cat, Miss Emma. I can't wait to find out her name and meet the rest of her siblings!
ReplyDeleteOh what a beauty!!
ReplyDeleteOMG I do love torties! She's a little doll. My heart aches torties. We have two as well, a black and a chocolate torti! Gotta love em!
ReplyDeleteOh my...
ReplyDeleteWhat a little cutie. She looks like she's full of personality, too. I can't wait to see more of this sweetie!
I love Torties! She reminds me of my little one, some 15 years ago! Torbies are brilliant but quirky - it will be fun to meet this little girl!!!!

ReplyDeleteOh yay! As the mother of a tortie, I approve. :)
ReplyDeleteI have a tortie, too - they always have such pretty faces, I think!
ReplyDeleteShe's darling! I love those tricolor girls - torties and calicos...
ReplyDeleteThe world definitely needs more floof. Beautiful babies these are.
ReplyDeleteSqueeeeee! So cute and like the others have said, what a lovely expression and such intelligence in those eyes.
ReplyDeleteOh no Alicia...another Tortie to steal your heart!
ReplyDeleteOMG lil bebe!!
ReplyDeletethis torti looks like she is actually smiling into the camera..
ReplyDeleteThis is just the first. There shall be more after this one steals the heart
ReplyDeleteOh wow! She's beautiful. I want to reach my hand through the screen and give her scritches.
ReplyDeleteI love the half and half look some torties have. Let's just hope the halves are sweetness and purrs and not mischief and trouble.
ReplyDeleteShe looks like an Elinor.
ReplyDeleteCutie!
ReplyDeleteI'm always amazed at the variability within one litter. But more importantly...
ReplyDeleteSQUEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh fer cute!
Torties and calicos always have a lot of personality, because they're really two cats in one body.
ReplyDeleteI have a "dilute" tortie and she is very full of purrsonality!
ReplyDeleteI look forward to getting to know this litter.
I saw Charlene's Tweet - she is on very smart foster mama!
awwww, she looks kinda like my dear Mandie when she was a kitten. So sweet.
ReplyDeleteAnd a cutie, too! I can't wait to formally be introduced to the new itty bitties.
ReplyDeleteMay I ask, how is a "tortie" different from a "torbie"?
ReplyDeletethe time between postings of the new hitten pics is torterous.
ReplyDeletesomehow, i have a feeling Laurie is doing this on purpose!
There should be a law!
Linda P: A Torbie is a lot like a calico or tortie with tabby striping in the darker parts.
ReplyDeleteDid I get it right folks?
Please give her kisses and buddy bumps from these three tortie girls draped all over me!
