i dont know if that is gordon or perry but he is having none of this. "lets just cover this up for later" Millicent will be catching up quickly at this rate, she and luella are both good little eaters!
soooo funny! I think the girls know they need to eat to catch up with the boys in size! And Perry covering his food? Is that an editorial comment or is he saving it for later. Thanks for the laughs, Laurie - I love these videos!
Soooooooo cute!!! I need to go snorgle my grown up kittens right now! Someone is sending a clear message about what he will or will not eat for lunch! :P
Laurie - can't thank you enough for sharing wee videos of these Drapers. They are a much-needed stress break during the work day. The fella (Perry? Gordon?) more interested in wandering off than eating? PRICELESS.
That is completely adorable! Little kitties, all in a row, eating out of little glazed bowls.
If Perry asks for a cookie later tonight, ask him if he's going to bury it where he buried his lunch. No lunch, no dessert, little fellow. The girls were delighted with the menu, weren't they?
Awwwww ... they're all so dainty! What kind of food is considered kitten food? I saw in earlier posts that Charlene Butterbean likes it too, but she's no longer a kitten. What does she eat, then?
They are so cute - and I loved the digging at the end. One of our kitties does that when he doesn't want to eat the food we gave him. I like that there is another kitty who wasn't interested in eating who tried to bury it too! I look at it like a little kid hiding their peas in their napkin.
I love watching kitties enjoying (or not enjoying, as the case may be) their noms! It looks like little Milly will catch up in size soon, they way she was eating! So cute!!! I love these videos so much!
Too, too cute! Love how one keeps saying, "I'm done." At least that's what it means in our house when Maren and Spenser do it. Better not let the Bean see this video. She'd be more than willing to any picky eaters.
that's perry covering up his food. kittens do this all the time. i don't think it's always disapproval, sometimes they do it when they've cleaned the plate.
leslie,,kitten food is higher in calories than adult cat food and designed for the active little beings they are. it's tastier too!
Love it, love it, love it!! I have a boy who compulsively buries messes - even ones he didn't make - so I know it's disapproval when he buries his food. My girls couldn't bury anything to save their lives, much to my nose's disappointment.
Sweet little kittens! The girls, nomming away. The boys, wanting to play!
I guess that is an universal cat language for "I am not eating that!" Scratching the floor like he had done his business and then flipping the corner up to cover the nasty stuff! TOO CUTE.
Ha! I had to get a stiff mat that doesn't flop over for my cats to eat on because one of them was so bad about scratching something over their food bowls. Silly cats.
Awwww, sweet! Thanks, Laurie - I needed a smile after a rough morning at work! makes me wanna go home an cuddle my kitty! they are very neat eaters, though! At that age my kitty would immerse herself in the food - made for a long cleanup session afterwards!

My cat will paw at food she can't stand the smell of too. And will refuse to eat it.
ReplyDeleteWhich is all things fish-smelling and pretty much not-chicken.
She is a strange cat.
Looks like you have a picky eater on your hands, there, Laurie :)
I love how the girls just dig right in and keep on going!
ReplyDelete1. I LOVE the videos.
ReplyDelete2. When my kitty scratches around her food like that, it means it gave her an upset stomach (and the associated litter box problems).
Boys. Haha.

ReplyDeleteWhy is this so amusing to me? I love watching them eating (and uh, not eating). :)

glad you're all enjoying the videos.
I love this! The girls certainly stay on track! Those boys - too cute!
ReplyDeletei love the dangling kittens flying into the shot! and there's nothing like a frantically pointing finger to make an animal notice a plate of food. ;)
ReplyDeleteMOL! The one on the right is JUST like me! Never satisfied with the offerings.

Totally sweet, looks like flying kittens. I love your finger pointing out the food :)
ReplyDeleteIf my girls saw this then I'd have to start serving them out of matching little pottery bowls too. Sheesh..
ReplyDeleteHow sweet!
ReplyDeleteThe gals were dedicated to showing their brothers the way food is s'posed to be eaten!
Sweet Millie is even tinier than I thought when I see the size of an adult human hand swing on thru!
Love the vid....
so cute! I'm glad you are putting up videos. (:
ReplyDeletePerry's not interested in his lunch because he's been out biting necks like the little vampire he is!
