Perry and Luella were a birthday surprise for two very sweet 9 year old twin girls. Their mom, MiMi, orchestrated it all, and kept the secret until they pulled up in front of our house to pick up the kittens. I can't image a better gift or a bigger surprise. I'm sure this will be a very memorable birthday for the girls.
I've gotten reports from both families that all the kittens are doing will and adjusting quickly to their new homes. Of course they are. They're wonderful kittens, and wonderful folks.
oh boy! 9 year old girls! what a perfect pairing. there will be no end to the fun at that house! i hope they are all very happy in their new forever homes.
ReplyDeleteNo MS Bean can have all the attention to herself again (except the occasional drewey distraction of course)

ReplyDeleteCongratulations girls! Without a doubt the best birthday EVER!
ReplyDeletethere's not much kittens can't weather if they have a sweet sibling with them. Sweet sweet little faces.

ReplyDeleteAnd happy new home, Luella and Perry...
How can I love all the Drapers so much, when I have never even met them? :)
What sweeties! Very lucky girls - I adore Luella so! And very lucky kitties, who will be worn out playing with their new mini mommies. :)
ReplyDeleteAh yes, Scientific Chick - I noticed that Perry tongue, too! LOL!

Do people ever keep the names you give IBKs?
ReplyDeleteis Perry trying to rip Louella's throat out in picture 6?

Warm, purry wishes for Thanksgiving Day!
Awww! I got my two cats for Thanksgiving Presents last year!! I came home from my trip to NYC and opened my bedroom door and nearly jumped out of my skin as a little black cat raced around. I opened my friend's room and there was his brother! They make wonderful surprises! I hope the girls enjoyed the pair!
ReplyDeleteGod they are cute!!!!
