Noooooooooooooooo! Don't wanna! MY kittins! You nocanhas!
[snif]she keeps taking my kittins away from me. No sooner do we get acquainted then *poof* they're schnapped up and whisked away. Was I a bad kitty? Was I wrong to show them so much love and teach them what they needed to know to graduate from Miss Butterbean's Academy for Well-Adjusted Felines? [sigh]
Ok mom, I'm ready for new kittins now. Where are they already?!
Oh my - it's time for the little Finches to fly away. Be happy Ms. Bean - for you have done well, once again. They will make you proud and there will soon be others who will benefit from your loving paw.
The Frog Queen said it...happy & sad. I hope we see periodic photos of these two sweet kitties. Get some rest Bean....you'll have new babies to love and teach and we'll all fall in love again.
I'll sure miss the little Finches. Be strong Bean...I know you will miss them too. I hope they have a wonderful life at their new forever home. Love you! Debbie
Sharp intake of breath, then a heavy sigh... I feel a little lonely already. Charlene, you and I became quite attached to these boys, didn't we? But, you have blessed them to be a blessing, fluffy foster mama--so they will go forth and share their purry wonderfulness with their new forever family. Be safe and happy, sweet boys!
Awwww...bye Ira and Walter!!! A little bit of each of us goes with you to your new family. Please write! And Laurie, we would love to read the Finchs' adoption story when you are ready to write it!
Oh Bean don't cry. You did a great job modeling these young chaps into good little boys. Time for them to spread their wings and for you to get ready for some new charges. I'm sure you won't have long to wait.
Fare thee well, beautiful Finch babies. We are all looking forward to seeing regular updates from your Furever Family. Kudos, once again to Miss Bean, the best teacher in the whole world!
So how does Bean really feel about letting go? Can't tell by that expression...it's either intense or totally content and purring...and since I can't hear the purrrr...I wonder how she is feeling about them leaving! I'll be ready for them tomorrow morning! XXOOXX
Awww Bean...you put so much work/love into these kittens! Seems likes we just get to know them, then they're off :) It's good to know that they have forever homes to go to :)
Awww, the Ira and Walter look equally depressed at the thought of leaving the Bean behind. Bye bye, babies. We'll miss you and I know you'll love your forever homes. *smooches*
I'm so glad we got a few days warning from Laurie on this. From her look I'd guess that Charlene understands these things better than we do. Job well done again, Butterbean. And today's comments I found out about the Maximus Spitticus blog, so all is not lost.
Oh these sweet boys. I fall hard for all of your babies but these two especially. I guess because there were only two and they were sickly for a bit -- thus needing a little bit extra love.
Fly Finches! And pop back in every now and then so we can see you grow up to be man cats!
Oh Miss Bean, you do seem to have gotten attached to those Finch boys. Nevermind sweetie, there will be some more along soon to take your mind off missing them.
Good luck Finches... I'm sure you'll be very happy with your new families. We'll miss you.
And Butterbean, hugs to you. It must be hard to keep saying goodbye to all these kitties, but you must know what a great job you, Drewey, and your humans are doing.
Goodbye baby birds! You are moving to your new nest, but none of us will ever forget your beautiful little faces. We are so happy you found a loving family and hope you spend many wonderful healthy and happy years together.
Charlene, Drewey, Laurie and Craig, thank you for sharing Ira and Walter with us. I can't imagine how hard it must be for you to oart with them, especially with these very special Finch babies. You all do such an incredible job preparing them for their launch into the world!
Awwww, MS. Bean...parting is such sweet sorrow. Bye bye Finches. We will miss your sweet faces and funny antics.
ReplyDelete*hug * I know it's sad but think how much fun they'll have in their new home. Butterbean is an awesome fostermamacat
ReplyDeleteI'm sure that running through Charlene's brain is "Oh, won't you sta-a-a-a-y, a little bit longer? Please, please sa-a-a-y, say you will".
ReplyDeleteBye-bye, little Finches. Don't forget to write!

ReplyDeleteMaximus Spittimus has asked me to point out that he has stayed here - as many do.
ReplyDeleteBeing a member of Cats Protection (UK) we get many many cats who are not homeable.
Those who are get homes.
Those who aren't (due to pshycological / physical / medical problems move into our house)
None are ever sent to The Great Cat unless they no longer have a 'quality of life'.
Maximus Spittimus has asked me to say 'well done' in your work of helping cats.
Best Regards
