That Charlene is one talented cat. She does the "pin 'em down" power wash, and now the "lick and a promise" bath. Such versatility in one gorgeous girl.
Teresa,,,, she was a shelter cat, so we don't know for sure. She looks a lot like a Birman, though. Some people think she's a ragdoll, but she doesn't have the typical ragdoll floppiness and easy-going personality.
The Bean looks to me like a mix between a Snowshoe and maybe either a Birman or Himalayan. That's just a guess, though. Whatever her heritage, she's lovely and one of a kind! That's one of the many nice things about muts. So much more unique than their purebred counterparts :)
Did anyone besides me hear the movie Jaws theme song when The Bean locked sights on a kitten that needed a dose of her "Full Nelson Butterbean Bath"(tm)?
One thing for sure is that when you've been bathed by The Bean, you know you've been bathed by The Bean.
That Charlene makes me happy. She's so beautiful and I love the mix of sweet and sour in her personality. Her tail is one of my favorite things in this clip. What a plume. Walt isn't too shabby, either.

ReplyDeleteI love how Walter was looking up at the beginning as if to say "Auntie Charlene, I need a bath please..." and then she happily complies. :)

ReplyDeleteCharlene just exudes love and serenity.
ReplyDeleteAnd she obviously loves these IBK's of "hers".
Walter looked like he was playing 'innocent' knowing that Miss Beanie was near!
Loved the video - it also provides the proof of the ittiness of teh IBK's!
