We were quite lucky and had the most beautiful, springy, sunshine-filled Saturday. It was actually warm enough to open up the windows. This was a real treat for Charlene. She perched on my window nearly all day long and sniffed the fresh air.
Oh, I envy you the open windows! I can't wait for that time to come here. Charlene looks very happy. Did you have to pry her out of the window to close it again?
We're under two and a half feet of snow. I can't even open the back door to my deck or all the snow will fall in the house, let alone open a window! Love your waxed paper decorations. I was just reading about how to make them on your blog. I plan on making some with a deer punch as decorations for a deer themed party. Until I saw your banner I was drawing a blank for decorations. There's much deer stuff out there.
This window is too high up. I seriously doubt she would ever attempt to leap from it to escape. She just likes to perch there and look outside or watch me work at my desk, which is next to the window.
Oh Charlene! You look so happy! I love how my Henry smells when he has had a day of sitting on the sill in the sunshine. I like to scoop him up and give him a big snuffle- he smells like fresh air! I can't wait until the warmer weather!

ReplyDeleteOh lovely. Does she ever jump down and wonder away from your property?
ReplyDeleteThat second picture needs to be framed and hanged on a wall.

ReplyDeleteYeah, proofreading helps. It should say there's NOT much deer stuff out there.
