Now that you've met all the little ones,,, here are a few shots of the family unit.
They are a close knit bunch, and are all usually within arms distance of each other. They're very people oriented too, and are happy to meet anyone who comes into their room. They are just friendly little beings.
We've still got a week of quarantine left, which won't come soon enough for this brood. They are already screaming at the door to get out. It's nearly impossible to get through the door without one (or six) dashing out.
Last time we had such a large litter was the Pettibones. It certainly means more kitten dishes to wash and poop to scoop, but they're worth it. They really are a lovely little group - each is so sweet and friendly and of course, adorable. It's such a pleasure getting to know them!
Look at those beautiful little babies! Ya just wanna kiss and hug 'em all!
ReplyDeleteOhhh! These made me tear up and laugh at the same time. This is going to be fun!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness...I've not been compelled to comment recently but had to this time: the look on Thelma's face in the fifth picture is too much. They are all so squishable.
ReplyDeleteLike Beachgal, I giggled at Thelma's face in the fifth picture. She's going to be a character -- if not already.
ReplyDeleteYeah, it looks like at the fifth picture Thelma is catching on that whatever you're waving around isn't a can of tuna. One more look just to be sure, and then she's out of here.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great gathering of chocolatey goodness! These babies are adorable. The Thelma look got me, too. Laurie, it has been asked before, but how the heck do you get any work done with snuggly babies like these around?
ReplyDeleteSwoon!
ReplyDeleteone of these things is not like the others!
ReplyDelete( and it likes to be the center of attention too! )
very gorgeous big family. the Bean has her work cut out for her. :)
Thelma! *heehee* You are just a vision of moonbeam lovliness....Just wanna curl up and nap with all of them. What a great way to start the week.
ReplyDeleteThelma is my favorite - love a gray kitty
ReplyDeleteWhat a bunch of cuties. Keep an eye on Thelma because gray kitties are insane (as the human of one I speak from experience).
ReplyDeleteoh my goodness. ezra reminds me of norman ashby - that's who i thought about when i first saw his picture. not only his coloring, but in his posture. and it sounds like he is just as cuddly.
ReplyDeleteI love the lonely little grey one. :-)
ReplyDeleteThey are all super-adorable! While I also like Thelma's facial expressions, Fern has such a sweet little smile on her face. This should be a fun group!!!
ReplyDeleteLove little Thelma!
ReplyDeleteI don't know if it's the dark coats, the perfectly round eyes, the X-mouths, or a combination thereof, but they just looks so dang SERIOUS!
ReplyDeleteLittle Thelma, you would stand out in any crowd!
ReplyDeleteWell, being so cute is indeed SERIOUS business!
ReplyDeleteOne of these kittens is not like the others... darling brood! Can't wait to see Butterbean interact with them.
ReplyDeleteNo "Thelma" tag? I'm sure she's going to have a lot of fans searching for her. :)
ReplyDeleteShhh listen closely, they're all saying "We wanna meet Charlene! When can we meet Charlene?"
ReplyDeleteI know you can't shorten the quarantine time, but I wish you could.
Do you know what happened to their mama?
Jason,,, I don't know much about their history,,, you rarely do with the kittens.
ReplyDeleteGee, I came into the comments to tell you to watch out for Thelma, but it looks like everyone's already caught on. ;-)
ReplyDeleteI think the second picture is my favorite. What a handful!
They are all so cute, but that Thelma!! Wow!
ReplyDeleteohhh..what a lovely cute adorable litter...look at all their cute faces..sooo squeeezable..as much as I love tux, I have to say Thelma face is sooooo sweet..she really makes me melt.. she looks very much like a blue british short hair though...
ReplyDeleteLove how bright and inquisitive they all look: "Oh, what's that?!?" Little charmers, all, but Thelma's got the edge today.
ReplyDeleteI want to move to Seattle just so I can adopt some of these babies. What a precious family!
ReplyDeleteThelma looks exactly like our Baby Moondust. He gives us that look in the 5th picture!! Same coloring, but he has bigger ears. What a lovely bunch!
ReplyDeleteTotally adorable!! I like the last picture..it looks like two of the kittens are having a little talk!!! They are precious!!
ReplyDeleteYep, I second Kitty's warning - the gray ones are crazy.
ReplyDeleteI want to scoop them all up and rub them on my cheek. I loves me some dark-coated kittens :)
ReplyDeleteHoly Cannoli! Them's some sweet Lytteltons! Thelma, Thelma, Thelma... *kerthunk!*
ReplyDeleteKnocked my socks right off!
ReplyDeleteOh I love Thelma.... Don't know if you've seen there is a blog called poppy q about a grey grilkitty... Just life Thelma.. The rest are cute too but thelma is soooo adorable.
ReplyDeleteHey... did you see this about phylis and the aliens they are soooo lovely

Ok...I admit...I am a Thelma lover, too! There is just something about her.... She will be the first one snatched up! [kisses poofy cheeks]
ReplyDeleteOh what a beautiful bunch of kittens! If I was close by, I would take Pia and Gia and Thelma. In one of the photos, Thelma looks like she is smiling at you. They are so adorable! Oh to own a place where they would allow me this bunch plus my own two. Would need a helper though to take care of 8 cats.
ReplyDeletePic #5: Queen Thelma is not amused. But could be swayed by some fresh tuna and tummy scritches.
ReplyDeleteThelma is so adorable. Of course they are all cute, but my gray kitty is sitting next to me right now. She's my first cat, ever, so gray kittens hold a special place in my heart.
ReplyDeleteWhat a brilliant post, lovely looking kitten.
