At least your Mom keeps up with technology.. Mine still writes letters the snail mail way. We've tried to get her up to speed, but .. Good to start those kittehs on technology early! Watch out though.. I suspect that mine get online when I'm gone. :)
One of my tiny, furry, evil geniuses uninstalled my mouse (no lie!) and changed all my monitor settings while I was at work by walking (dancing?) across the keyboard. Happily she hasn't cracked the password I added after that.
Wonder what they're telling "grandma"...I can hear Thelma now - "Yes, Charlene's being very nice...she's taught us LOTS of things. But Ryder was climbing curtains the other day while Papa Craig was napping!"
I'm still chortling with glee - this is the cutest and most brilliant thing ever! I'm setting up skype for my folks on my next visit, but hadn't thought a step ahead, as you and your mom have so brilliantly done! hee hee!
How cool!!! Even though they have their backs to the camera, their heads are tilted in that "curious kitty" way....I bet the looks on their little faces are precious when they try to figure out how things work inside that screen. What a neat post, made my day!
Got to love technology (except when we're cursing it, of course!)! Some say it's depersonalized interactions, and maybe they've got a point in some ways... but I look at things like this blog community, and sharing the litters with your mom and think, you know, I wouldn't go back!
That's just adorable. Technology and mom and kittens. The perfect love triangle!!
ReplyDeleteSuch hipster kitties, so knowledgeable about the internet and technology already!
ReplyDeleteDo they actually realise someone's talking to them, I wonder! :)

ReplyDeleteYes be careful, or you'll have many suspicious charges from catnip.com on your credit card. I speak from experience.
ReplyDeleteHampshireflyer,, I think they do understand that's a human in there.
ReplyDeleteWow - so little and so experienced with the net!
ReplyDeleteAdorable!

ReplyDeleteLaurie - it is obvious where you get your spirit!
Well it's best to get started early, cos then having their own blog will come easy!
ReplyDeleteAwww sweet. These kitties are soooo gorgeous.
ReplyDelete"Hi Gramma!"
ReplyDelete"Hello darlings. How are you today?"
"Great! We ran around the house, ate, napped, got Butterbeaned, ate, napped. We love it here."
Love all the comments here. Yes, I can hear the kittehs talking to Grandma too. Such cute photos. The girls know how to set things up.
ReplyDeleteI think this might just be one of the most adorable things I've ever seen! I would love a kittie skype buddy!
