And this, my friends, is Mr Lambert O. Lively. You can call him Bert if you like. But he prefers Lambert because it sounds much, much more grown up.
He won't tell me what the "O" stands for. He just wanted his initials to be "LOL".
LOL.
LOL are great initials for a kitten! They certainly have the talent to make us humans LOL...a lot.
ReplyDeleteThese Livelys are cuties! Aww. :)
Maybe it's Lambert Orangey Lively? Welcome Lambert!
ReplyDeleteLOL back at you, Lambert! I have to admit that my age must be showing because the first thing I thought when I saw Lambert O. was "Lambs eat oats" from a very old tune. I trust kibble will serve you better, sweetie.
ReplyDeleteOMG - LOL how funny!! I love all the foster pics...I am astounded by how great they are. I keep trying with mine but it is either the camera or the user cause mine don't look this good. :)
ReplyDeleteHai Lambert! You are a wonderful LOL cat!!!
ReplyDeleteSo if there's a Richard of Lambert he would be ROFL?
ReplyDelete"O" IS FOR OPAL!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm with Anonymous - "O" is definitely for "Orange!"
ReplyDelete"O" is for "Oh I want him so bad."
ReplyDeleteThis litter is REALLY special. I mean they all are (of course!) but something about this group of kittens just really tugs at my heart. They have such sweet faces, and they really do look similar (I mean their face shapes, not their colors).
ReplyDeletegosh, I really want a kitten!
Okay, I know I'm supposed to be looking @ the adorable kitten, but that quilt is quite lovely as well.

How does he feel about going by Lamb?
ReplyDeleteOoops, my memory failed me Little Lambs eat Ivy not oats. Senior moment.
ReplyDeleteHeh heh. Pretty soon he'll start making debuts on 'I Can Has Cheeseburger' as an LOL cat. LOL
ReplyDeleteSuddenly I am reminded of a cartoon from my childhood about Lambert the Sheepish Lion. He was accidentally dropped by a stork to sheep instead of lions. Adorable little guy.
ReplyDeleteThe O. stands for Oprah.
ReplyDeleteHey there, adorable Lambert! With those initials, I take it you're quite a character - does the "O" stand for "Oliver 2"? LOL, indeed!
ReplyDeleteThe "O" must be for "OHAI" if his initials are LOL. OHAI, Lambert!
ReplyDeleteTina & The Kittyboyz
What a cutie. I like "Owen" for O. Lambert Owen Lively has a nice ring to it.
ReplyDeleteThe O stands for "smidgen o' tongue" that's sticking out..
ReplyDeleteLove, love, love kitteh tongue action. One of mine does it every time you skritch her ears.
Brilliant.
ReplyDeleteI love his name! (Lambert!) I think Octavious for a very long, sophisticated name. Hehe!
ReplyDeleteAwww! That's my dad's middle name!
ReplyDeleteThis little guy is what my kitten dreams are made of!
ReplyDeleteO = ohana, because he loves his family - feline and human
ReplyDeletemaybe it is fate that I should have this little man. I've been wanting an orange boy kitten that I would name Albert after Albert the Alligator. I just keep putting it off because of one thing after another -- but this batch would be ready to take home right at te holidays when I will be taking time off & home alot.
ReplyDeleteHis nickname would still be BERT!
whoa. I have some serious thinking to do .
Okay, I have to ask: which of the little orange boys is this? The first one you showed was so very, very orange, and the last one (Mr. 100 kitten) was much paler: I'd guess that this is Mr 100th kitteh, but it's very hard to tell... the light is so different in both shots!
ReplyDeleteI think that it is Mr 100.. the paler chin and the lack of the darker stripes on his forehead..
ReplyDeleteLambert Omg Lively - I adore you!
ReplyDeleteYou have the deepest, "innocent" eyes I have seen in a while. sigh
Awwwwwwwwww ... Lambert gOrjuss Lively!
ReplyDeleteAh yes, Anonymous...MARES eat oats and DOES eat oats, but little lambs...well you know the rest :-)
ReplyDeleteWhat a cutie - he looks like he is just ready to POUNCE!!
Oh my gracious. What a little gentleman. Lambert.
ReplyDeleteReminds me of Lambert, the sheepish lion! He is an adorable cream-sickle!
ReplyDeleteomg, he's a real live LOLcat!! I love it.
ReplyDeleteWhat a perfert Lolcat he will be.
ReplyDeleteOliver? Octavius? Orville? Odie? Oakley? Orlando? Orion? Otto?
Lambert looks like a very tiny lion cub. The expression on his little face looks like this guy: http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.photographytips.com/images/8lion-cub-mara.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.photographytips.com/page.cfm/3577&usg=__-EpZ01Tu6Ut8PfHEoaGWgeE8gWs=&h=352&w=450&sz=53&hl=en&start=0&sig2=5aTimJWQds5qTUtCw7rO4w&zoom=1&tbnid=6JS3mMP91u5LHM:&tbnh=160&tbnw=205&ei=fhKpTP_1AY-isQO51OyLDQ&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dlion%2Bcub%2Bpictures%26um%3D1%26hl%3Den%26sa%3DX%26biw%3D851%26bih%3D431%26tbs%3Disch:1&um=1&itbs=1&iact=hc&vpx=563&vpy=142&dur=26&hovh=198&hovw=254&tx=140&ty=189&oei=TRKpTNTeL4_CsAOBjuWjDA&esq=14&page=1&ndsp=3&ved=1t:429,r:2,s:0
ReplyDeleteSweet Bert, please don't be in too big a hurry to grow up, it's fun to be a kitten when you live with Laurie, Craig and Charlene!
ReplyDeleteOh LOL, you are quiet the dashing kitten!
ReplyDeleteI bet the O. stand for Oliver. Lambert Oliver Lively. Has a nice ring to it, don'tchathink?
