She is so precious - and so lucky. I don't think she would have made it if she had been left on her own. How wonderful that gentleman was to go back looking to see if there were any babies left behind.
I am so glad that this little clowder is back together again. When I heard that the kind man brought little Phoebe to the Humane Society to join her brother and sisters, I sent s silent prayer to the goddess Bastet for watching over her. They are all safe now -- with warm baskets, full tummies and purrs galore.Thank you for being the kindest of feline angels. Please give them all a big hug for me, especially Sheldon and Geraldine -- my they are such beautiful babies.
Squeebee Phoebe's back story leaves me all verklempt, even though I know it all worked out perfectly and she's now in the very lap of love and delight with her siblings. One more thanks to their kind rescuer, who thought to check again -- there are true heroes and angels among us.
That pictures moves me to the bottom of my heart... poor little thing. I know she is doing fine now (thank you a thousand times to their rescuer), but she looks so tiny, what would have happened if she hadn't been found?
I think we all would very much like to know who was that secret rescuer, so we can all send him lots and lots of love and wish him loads of warm, purring cats in his future. :) I just love Miss Phoebe. She is such a beauty!
She slays me with those sweet eyes of hers, I am so glad she is back with her sisters and brother and that she is now on a path towards a wonderful life. I know this for a fact because our Em and Fen are happy cats due to the start they received being in Laurie's care.
We are so happy you were found and reunited with your siblings too, dear little Phoebe! Poor baby, that must have been so terrifying. Bless your rescuing angel!
She's a special little girl. <3

ReplyDeleteOh!!! When I think about the beginning of the Dearborns' story I could just cry -- with happiness, that is, for how it all turned out :)

ReplyDeletePhoebe baby is so darn lucky that her hero went back to that location. I also know that she is going to be someone's adorable, fur-baby.
ReplyDeleteBut soon, she will be one of Charlene's students of Feline Arts. No better place to be, really.
Yeah, Charlene is kind of the 'Professor X' of kittens. Only not bald or wheelchair-bound, perhaps not such a great analogy ;).
ReplyDeleteReally she is precious. These pictures touches directly to my heart. I am happy that she made her own ways.
