Before and After


The Dearborns were with us for so long, I almost forgot how tiny they were when they moved it.   Here are the little ones before:

They at least tripled in size during the time they were here!  Sheldon quadrupled!

Four left in pairs, and one  flew solo. Any guesses on who went with who?  

I'll tell you their departure tales later.  Hopefully today, but probably tomorrow.  It's a long story.

    I'm glad that they've found good home, but confess I'm sad to see them go. This has seemed to be an especially darling bunch.

    My guess is that brave little miss Geraldine went by herself. That puts Sheldon with Pearla and Marla with Phoebe.

    I'm guessing Geraldine with Marla, Phoebe with Pearla.. Sheldon being the point of singularity. :)

    I think Sheldon was the singleton. Phoebe went with Marla and Geraldine went with Perla. I will miss Geraldine's Loud & Proud style!

    Oh no - the yellow tags. It is fun to look back and see how tiny they were. But who is going to man the phones???

    Hmmm Pearla and Sheldon, Miss G and Marla and Phoebe solo - she came in solo, maybe she left the same way.

    I always like when they go in pairs. Are you having empty nest syndrome or are you too busy readying the nest for the next group?

    Geraldine by herself - she always seemed the bravest, Pearla and Phoebe, Sheldon and Marla. Having said that, I am probably totally wrong lol

    Laurie and Bean, you should be so proud of yourselves - they went from being itty bitty scared babies found in a wall to healthy rambunctious kittens.

    I am in awe of their growth from skeered, overwhelmed wee itty bittys to young and confident itty bittys - minus their itty bitty bits, of course.

    I hope Sheldon and Pearla went together; they are a great "set"--he's grey were she's white and white where's she's grey!

    I'm also hoping for Sheldon and Pearla to be together--both because of their coats but because they were such good friends. Geraldine and Marla and Phoebe alone are my bets. I wish someone could have taken all five but it's good to know that some siblings went together. I love the dear Dearbornes and hope to hear more about their new lives.

    I have no clue really but will be glad to hear which little Dearborn went with which and who flew solo!! I just LOVE Marla and Geraldine, they both remind me of my sweet girl Ginger in all her tortitudiness ;o) Vaya Condios to all the kittens.....

    Laurie, I'm not sure if you're aware of this, but your list of tags in the sidebar doesn't include any tags for the Dearborns. This is going to make it awfully hard to find some very adorable posts. :(

    Loved the last two pictures ... almost seemed like Sheldon's grumpy look was rubbing off onto Phoebe :)
