Hi, I just found your site. Hope I can come back. I can't adopt (we have 4 in the house, 2 on the catporch [carport to those who don't know] and 3 ferals visiting for meals and a place to sleep at night). Such beauties. I love your work. Come see us. We're on FaceBook as well.
Oh Victoria, I know exactly how you feel. I look at my TBR pile and it's so tall I'd be afraid you'd knock it over! (Even though I know you're graceful and dainty.)
However, I am terribly jealous of all the napping you've done! I slacked off on reading because I had to spend all my time writing. No reading, no sleeping... I did take time to eat! Did you eat, Victoria? I bet you did... ;)
Miss Victoria Anne you are one cute little Girlcat!
ReplyDeleteI can't believe no one has snatched up those two beautiful girls yet! Don't they know you've got to make room for the next litter?
ReplyDeleteI agree with Stacy -- I want them to find the most wonderful forever homes, because I can't give them mine. :(
ReplyDeleteMy god, what a gorgeous girl.
ReplyDeleteSuch beauty.

What I meant was, we've just found your site on FaceBook, and are happy to link to you. :^)
ReplyDeleteI LOVED State of Wonder. I spent hours googling various Amazonian creatures while I was reading it. I hope Victoria isn't too scared by the snakes.
ReplyDeleteLovely girl! :)
ReplyDeleteLaurie, you're such a taskmaster. Did you get that from Mom, the schoolteacher?
ReplyDeleteMolly cracked me up. State of Wonder is on my 'to read' list, and forget about Victoria, I hope *I'm* not afraid of the snakes!!
She looks so serious. Her humans will have to watch what they say, she looks like a literal-minded little girl.
ReplyDeleteSpeaking as a person who owns the grown-up, dilute version of Victoria, I can say that cats with a lot of white fur can be tough to adopt.
ReplyDeleteBut still, that face...how can anyone resist?
Not likely... ;)
ReplyDeleteKitten and books...could there be a more sublime combination?
ReplyDeleteSilly people who haven't yet spoken for you two, dear Victoria Anne!
ReplyDeleteYou have quite an interesting reading list. And I can relate to the napping thing...it creeps up on you when reading!

Ohh!! Grace and beauty, thy name is Victoria Anne McGillicuddy... (and I do so love you!!)
ReplyDeleteI'm surprised she hasn't found a home yet. If I lived in the Tacoma area I'd take her in a heartbeat!
