So cute !! -- my Henry loves to catch my feet when I'm in bed reading. He just recently realized that all those wigglies are under the blankets and will now crawl under the blankets to actually attack my feet and legs. I keep telling him he's not playing fair but he doesn't pay any attention to me -- having way too much fun under the covers !!
We call it "mousey under the blanket." and it's all great fun... until the claws penetrate the covers (not hard to do since I usually only have a sheet and maybe a thin quilt...) Seems I am the only one that wants to stop at that point... hmmm... OBTW, nice moves, Buster!!
It's so hilarious when kittens get so excited that they can barely contain it, and just have to run back and forth and forth and back, tail and ears alight! Delightful!
Nanette says..... My husband calls this game "Teaching Bad Habits". We do it with all our cats, but we like it best when we can play it with other people's kittens and let them practice on their owners around 2:00 a.m.
Can you post a link to this facebooks page for kitties? https://www.facebook.com/nycurgentcats
I'm actually from the UK and unable to help them, but I saw it and it's so sad. A shelter in New York posts urgent pleas for forever homes for kitties who are going to have to be killed if they don't find homes. They do this every week. There are some really young, helathy kittens, too. You must have some fans in NYC with space in their homes and hearts for these kitties. :-(
We call this game Blanket Monster, our 8 year old cat doesn't play it as much as she did when she was younger, but sometimes we can tempt her with talented tosies under the blanket of doom.
Jen--I posted the link on my blog just now. Thanks for sharing. It's heartbreaking. I'm in NYC but we have three cats in a one bedroom and I can't even look as I'd want them all.
So big, so beautiful, so boy! Deep love!
ReplyDeleteFeet Attack!! LOVE Buster! Have a wonderful life big boy!

ReplyDeleteWe call this game "Bed Mice", best played when the sheets are being changed for the best chance of getting a "mouse". TOO CUTE.

Good thing you have Buster the Mighty to protect you from those dangerous bed mice!
ReplyDeleteI'd hate to be in the bed and not have kittens or cats protect me from what's under the covers! (Nice work on training the kittens, Bean!)
ReplyDeleteBuster's got moves! But Tilda ain't too shabby either!
ReplyDeleteI could put this video on a loop and watch it for HOURS!! Too cute!!!

ReplyDeleteYep. "Bed Monsters". Every night. Bad habit. Can't help it...
ReplyDeleteTHis habit is cute when they're kittens and painful when they're grown kitties - that's what the extra layers are covers are for! Too cute.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful boy and girl--love this video.
