Things are Looking Up!
Since their return on Friday afternoon, the Trimbles have been improving everyday. They have hearty appetites, they're active and everyone is gaining weight.
Their running freely in the guest bedroom now, and we've been spending as much time as we can hanging out with them. The feather wand is a favorite of all three and they devoted many hours this weekend to chasing it. Bess even made some of those clicking noises cats like to make at birds.
They are definitely spending more time playing and less time sleeping, which is a good sign that they're feeling much better.
Hooray for bouncing kittens!

Woohoo - yeah for the bouncing (and clicking) Trimbles!!
ReplyDeleteNothing like a bouncing kitten I agree - apart from more than one bouncing kitten!
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear they are doing fine now! :D
Who is this little guy/girl?
So happy they are feeling better. Nothing is sadder than sick kitties.
ReplyDeleteMartin Hooper, if you look at the tags under the photo, you can usually figure out which kitten it is pretty easily. This time it's Bess. SO cute!
ReplyDeleteI'm really glad the babies are feeling better. It's such a helpless feeling when such tiny creatures are sick!
So happy to hear. Could you tell me what they are eating now to stay healthy. I have my fosters on dry only until their poops get better. Just wondering if you feed them moist food. Thanks, Deb=^..^=x4
ReplyDeleteLovely news to hear! A terrific lead-in to Thanksgiving day weekend!
ReplyDeleteKeep on bouncing dear Trimbles!!!
I love knowing they are chattering at the feather wand, too!
Thanks Laura - I was so smitten with that lovely little girl I didn't notice the tags!
ReplyDeleteSo glad they are doing better!
ReplyDeleteWoohoo!!! What a great way to start the week :)

ReplyDeleteWonderful news - happy, nommming, bouncing kittens - rock on!
ReplyDeleteBess has such an adorable little face.
ReplyDeleteSo happy the babies are healing and playing!! <3
I am so glad they're better! It's such a gamble with kittens, so I'm glad they all pulled through and are improving. : )
ReplyDeleteYay for the Trimbles! I have to admit that even though Laurie told us not to worry, I couldn't help but worry about them.
ReplyDeleteThat's great news! I hope they continue to gain weight.
ReplyDeleteBess has ear tufts, people! Ear! Tufts!!

Doodle Bean, I am positive the Trimble Trio has Maine Coon ancestry. Monroe practically looks like a pure bred kitten.
ReplyDeleteHooray indeed! Bounce on!
ReplyDeleteWhat great news and what a cutie!
ReplyDeleteGood Queen Bess, how thick and soft your coat looks!
ReplyDeleteMilady Bess is a feline genius for figuring out chittering already...
