I hadn't heard a rumble from a Trimble in quite some time so I went investigating. I looked in the usual napping spots - on the bed, under the bed, in the closet - but they were nowhere to be found.
The door to upstairs was open a crack so I headed up the steps and discovered three little pairs of fuzzy triangles popping up from behind the banister.
They all woke up and peeked over the edge.
It's a perfect spot to roost. There's a heating duct near by, so it's always toasty and warm. It's nice and high, so it's an excellent vantage point. They feel safe and warm up there, and it's become their new favorite napping spot.
Now, if the Trimbles go missing, I look here first.
They're so darling! <3
ReplyDeleteCrazy eyes in photo #2! :D
ReplyDeleteLaurie do you wear your camera all the time?! You always get the most squee-worthy pictures!
ReplyDeleteGasp!! That second picture! It kills me. I almost gasped out loud from my cubicle at work. So darling.
ReplyDeleteSuch serious little faces!
ReplyDeleteoh, so cute!
ReplyDeleteNo, if the Trimbles go missing, you should check my purse first! ;)
ReplyDeletePatti
love the look of "what are you doing down there?" It is funny that while you foster, the sounds of silence are a bad thing.... MOL
ReplyDeleteLook at those little faces! Thank you, I now have a huge smile on my face. :D
ReplyDeleteThe second photo could engender serious palpitations. May we have a report on how things are going between these charismatic tinies and their Aunt Charlene? Many thanks.
ReplyDeleteWhat a hoot...silence is NOT golden with little ones of any species in the house!
ReplyDeleteAdorable is too mild for this trio
I'm loving these Trimble adventure shots these last few days :)
ReplyDeleteThey're growing up so fast!
The teeny Trimbles have certainly gotten over any shyness they arrived with, haven't they? Such adorable babies!
ReplyDeleteOh they are so adorable, love the photos. :)
ReplyDeleteOver the top cute.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad your railing is close to the stairs. In my house the railing is a few inches away from the edge, enough room for one of my cats to walk. Last week she was fighting with my oldest through the railing and he pushed her off the deep end! Then he ran after her to continue the fight. She was OK, but it scared me for a second (and a pox on the family who took her front claws, she could have pulled herself up if she had them).
ReplyDeleteOpportunistic little boogers.. but isn't that the middle name for ALL cats? Mine used to love the heat vents on the floors in our old house, but this one has all of the vents in the ceiling. No more toasty cat bums.. :(
ReplyDeleteLove, Love Love your photos!
ReplyDeleteI am reduced to mumble-y squees, so I'll just sit in the corner until I'm useful again.
ReplyDeleteOh, they are precious. I too am reduced to squees.
ReplyDeleteI just love these trimbles. They are so adorable, love the photos. Thanks you for sharing!
