It's kind of embarrassing to admit, but whenever I check my horoscope, I read Charlene's too. It's funny to read the words and think about how they might apply to a cat.

Your blog has inspired me to foster cats! My boyfriend and I have fostered an eight months old girl, who were adopted by a family consisting of a mother and a three year old daughter. Now we are fostering a four year old boy. He was adopted for a short while, but the new mother suddenly became allergic and he came back to us. I love cats, but have no outside possibility in my apartment, so fostering is perfect since the cats are not supposed to go outside.

ReplyDeleteI love that horoscope--and best birthday wishes to Miss Bean. I read my cats' horoscopes too and back in the early days of the internet used to read the cat horoscopes on Meow Mail which were adapted for cats--Cancer was Crabcakes, I recall (which was the sign of my late beloved Lupin).

ReplyDeleteI never have read their horoscopes (although to tell the truth, I don't read mine either). Suppose I could look up Simba's sign, but I'd have more difficulty with Norman. When we adopted him in January, the shelter's best guess was that he was 11-ish... no clue for birthday. Perhaps we'll go off his "gotcha day" instead. I think that would make him an Aquarius like my daughter.
