He was a tad crusty when he first moved in, but we don't mind a little crust. It's nothing a good bath can't fix.
From day one, he's been a little love. He's quite happy being held and loves napping in your arms. He likes to perch on your shoulder and snuggle against your neck.
He's very dear.
Here's he is post-bath and blow-dry.
He cleans up real nice, doesn't he?
Welcome adorable orangie.
my goodness, that soft, soft coat!
ReplyDeleteFLOOFY ORANGE GOODNESS <3
ReplyDeleteI'd happily hold him for hours. What a fuzzy fluffy guy!
ReplyDeleteoh my.... that furrball need to be pet all day long... Did he like his bath???
ReplyDeleteI have yet to meet a cat that likes a bath!
Deletelol.
DeleteMine is used to have his paws cleaned up with a wet and warm towel each time he comes home on rainy day (he doesn' mind going out when it rains)... he loves it and purrs +++ I think for him it's like a mamma cat cleaning him... but a real bath... I've never tried yet... ;-) and sorry for my pour english...
Your english is just fine :) my orange boy doesn't mind baths- he was crusty when I brought him home and happily stood on warm water in the sink. He still occasionally will try to hop in the shower with me.
DeleteMy old man, Harry, used to get baths all the time. My daughter would put him in the kitchen sink, front paws in one sink, back paws in the other. And he would stand there and let here bathe him and dry him off. I sure miss that fellow. I had to put him to sleep last year, at the ripe old age of 22. He was momma's little Boogerbutt...
DeleteTengel28: so sad for your lost... he was one very loved kitty!!! he surely is looking at you (and waiting for you) from kitty heaven!

Oh my! He's simply adorable. A ginger floofball! Those whiskers, that fur and such a lovely little face--I can already imagine him as a very handsome grown up. Seeing he is a ginger, I'm hoping for a floofie torie sister or two. Those are my favorites and I have one by my elbow right now. So excited to meet the rest of this family and see them out on the fundraiser floor.
ReplyDeleteHi little Creamsicle! You do clean up very nicely! I bet after your bath you had a nice dinner and then a good night's sleep - you need to keep up your energy for your shift on the phones!

ReplyDeleteWhat a sweetie! Our most loving cat growing up was a huge orange fluffy boy, that we called Butter Ball. Ginger kitties hold a special place in my heart.
