@Caroline, me too! My poor husband hears that high pitched noise dozens of times every day. We have 3 daughters that do it too. Fortunately only one kitty..... Could you imagine if we had more??? Bless these little fur babies. I would love to gaze at this window x
I love the reflections of the outdoors on the window. It makes the images 10x more precious to see the Itty Bitties framed in nature. Really beautiful photos as well as unabashedly cute! I'm glad the kitties have such a great "Kitty TV" to keep them amused and give you a break!
Looking at these Winklers in the window is better than anything in an art gallery or on TV. Love it when kitties sit up like meercats. Little Leonard looks so handsome in his collar and graduation tag. These kitty eyes are too much to bear, almost!
i know you're old hat at this, but the days when the kitties go away to their furever homes (happy as that might be) still tugs at one's heartstrings doesn't it.
i wish i live near you and so i can pass by the window and see these adorable faces and paws.
I found it very relaxing to gaze at those little faces through the window! So cute. Speaking of relaxing, I found this hypnotic video of a tabby in her basket and thought other IBKCers might enjoy:
Oh my soul... those little faces!
ReplyDeleteI would love to pass by that window! :) I'm sure I would make ridiculously high-pitched noises and wiggle my fingers at them.
ReplyDeleteSeriously, I can't believe that we don't hear a traffic alert about a mystery traffic jam in Tacoma.
ReplyDeleteOh crap, why did this make me cry?
ReplyDeleteThird photo: Leonard waving good-bye. Good-bye sweet baby, I hope you have a wonderful life.
Sixth photo: "Where you goin' Leonard? I'm gonna miss you."
If Bibi isn't already adopted, maybe Laura could take in a third cat? I think she misses Leonard. :(
ReplyDeleteExcellent meercat poses too! And yes, I'm surprised this total tabby window display didn't cause a few fender-benders!

These little ones have the sweetest, most expressive eyes.
ReplyDeleteThere's something so bittersweet about these pictures. *sniff*

ReplyDeleteI miss him already... sighs
ReplyDeleteAlmost looks like he knows someone is coming for him and he is waiting ..... he is off to a wonderful life. Bye precious boy - live long and happily
ReplyDeleteI spy some trendy slim-leg cataloons.
ReplyDeleteAnd oh, my, what expressive eyes in this litter.
Bye bye, Leonard!

ReplyDeleteCat in basket
I could watch it all day!
Folks! Alumni update on George and Clarence Bartlett at http://www.tenacious-stein.com/2012/06/animal-music-tuesday-all-growed-up/
ReplyDeletei can;t stand to see such a tight collar on a kitten
ReplyDeleteIt's not too tight. It's adjusted to a safe length - adjusted with room for two fingers to fit between the collar and kitten.
DeleteAnything looser than that is as dangerous as a collar that's too tight.
