I can't believe it! I honestly thought I was going to have to console you with a reminder that the economy is in the toilet. Thanks for all your hard work Laurie, thank you to all those folks who donated, and a special thank you to Cynthia Suprenant who came in and saved the day. We should make her a superhero costume with cat ears. :)
Ditto "Snow." Along the way, I thought that due to the economy we simply might not be able to make it. YAAAAAAAAAY that IBKC made its goal!!!!!!!!!!!! Wooooo Hoooo!
To Laurie, Cynthia, and all in this wonderful community a resounding woohoo! Take a whole lot of space during that walk tomorrow, Laurie. All those names on the donor list are walking along in spirit. Then, kid, go home and take a well deserved break.
PHEONA KNOWS!! I Love that saucer-eyed tabby girl just as I love Bibi ... Whom I wrote a limerick about but did not win, aww (congrats to the much-deserved winners). I have a 16YO tabby teeny girl so I adore them specially. Anyway, YAY for kittens, a huge YAY for Laurie and Cynthia, and what a wonderful day for us all!
Your awesomeness knows no bounds!

ReplyDeleteI liked your Bibi limerick too! I loved Bibi Winkler and how she dominated the couch despite her teeny-tininess.

Thank you so much, Snow :)
