Laurie, how DO you do it??? - kitten-wrangling I mean. That last pic with Bean and the gang, with everyone smartly sitting at attention.. I have been trying without much success to "capture" our kittens, and I just can't seem to get a good shot. You are the best.
The last two photos made me instantly think of an old Scottish children's chant that goes back many years "I'm the Queen of the Castle and you're the dirty wee rascals".
Oh my goodness! Graham sure seems to like to lay on poor little Ralphie, doesn't he? But it doesn't look as if Ralphie really minds, though. I hope those two get to find a home together. And the last picture is to die for! All the boys on the couch, being so sweet, with The Bean keeping watch. WAY TOO CUTE! :-)
My heart melts whenever I visit your site, which is whenever there is a new post up, because I don't want to miss a single picture of the kittens and Bean. You do such a fantastic job photographing. I know it can't be easy getting such wonderful shots of those little squirming beings.
Ralphie seems like such a chilled-out kitten -- at least when it comes to letting his brothers use him for a nap mattress! Silly kittens, they are all SO adorable!
Everyone's ganging up on Ralphie!

ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful little family! *How* do you get them to sit still for so long and look at the camera? :)

ReplyDeleteDidn't realise that was Scottish!
DeleteAlways interesting when someone points out something I thought was common and it turns out that, yes, I do have a culture after all.
And Ralphie sums up all ginger boys. Big softies! Somehow they always end up at the bottom of the pile and they LOVE it.
Love the leisurely lounging Loudermilks along with the Lovely Lady!
ReplyDeletePoor Ralphie....Graham finds him to be a very comfy pillow.
ReplyDeleteOh my, CHarlene is lovely with her boys at her feet!
That first photo is priceless. Poor little Ralphie. Graham, please don't use your brother as a couch.
ReplyDeleteThe last pic is wonderful too. What an adorable bunch of boys (and Bean is just lovely, of course).

ReplyDeleteAlso spotted: some achingly cute kittens. Oh, to snuggle with them on a cold winter's night!
You must be a hypnotist to get all those beautiful babies AND Charlene together, and looking in the same direction. They are absolutely fabulous!
ReplyDeletethat orange guy must be extra squishy since everyone keeps laying on him :)
ReplyDeleteI need Graham to come to my cubicle and work on my shoulders like he's working on Ralphie's... :-)
ReplyDeleteYou do it every day. Delight my heart, no matter its state. I love all those kitties.
ReplyDeleteMy heart is filled with delight, for which I thank you, the Loudermilks and beloved Butterbean.

ReplyDeleteAwesome Charlene takes her babysitting duties very seriously!
No, no, you've got it all wrong. Ralphie is using Graham as a blankie!
ReplyDeleteGraham: "I have a pillow."
ReplyDeleteRalphie: "I have a blanket."
Hug all the kittens!
