The quarantine period is now over, so yesterday the Tipton Tabbies were sprung from their quarters.
They were starting to get very curious about what was waiting for them on the other side of the door, and it was becoming quite a challenge to get in or out of their room without someone (or everyone) escaping. Needless to say, they are thrilled with this new freedom.
And yes, they've met Bean.
It's a whisker hug!
ReplyDeleteThere is so much floof in this photo... I believe we've reached critical floof!
ReplyDeleteAwwww. Yay for the ears-back, floof-spiked kiss! Soon you will be cudding with Bean, Mr. Royal!
ReplyDeleteI miss fostering kittens!! I dont have an extra room or bathroom where I can quarantine them though and with two cats of my own, the risk was too much... :(
ReplyDeleteA perfect little nose boop. What a great image, Laurie -- as always.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait for the Royal wedding.
ReplyDeleteI really hope you adopt Royal.
ReplyDeleteHow cute this is!!!
ReplyDeleteTail up and curled forward in greeting. Yayy!
ReplyDeleteAwww!!! =)
ReplyDeleteSigh, these kittens make me so happy. Thank you for sharing their stories, pictures and Bean!
ReplyDeleteFluffy nose bumps!
ReplyDeleteBean is probably just as excited to meet them. Wonderful photo...so sweet. Deb
ReplyDeleteGood old Bean! She's such a treasure.
ReplyDeletethe kissy floofiness! It's blowing my mind!
ReplyDelete"you have kitten crunchy breath... where's mine!!"
ReplyDeleteIs Floyd being discriminated against? He's not appeared as much as his brothers and he's the prettiest of them all ;)
ReplyDeleteNooo, the IBKC never discriminates. But different kittens provide perfect pictures at different times. They all get their photo spreads in due course :)
DeleteMaster Floof meets Junior Floof. Let the War of Floofies begin! Just wait until Floyd gets near The Bean!
ReplyDeleteI love this photo so much!
ReplyDeleteAwwww sweet kiss!
ReplyDeleteAdorable greeting...Miss Charlene is probably in her own Tabby Boy Heaven!
ReplyDeleteCharlene can make friends with any kitten. I love how Royal's tail is up in excitement. The litter is the best size so no one feels overwhelmed (including Charlene) and no one gets left out.
ReplyDeleteNew kitties meeting Charlene are always my favorite posts!
ReplyDeleteThe Bean must be in heaven!
ReplyDeleteAwwww! Royal gets nose kisses from the Bean! Once again, cute overload! Thanks for sharing Laurie!
ReplyDeleteI have only owned adult rescue cats, so I don't have any kitten experience. Is Royal frightened by Bean or just curiously greeting her? Is Bean happy in that picture? Is it all just their floofiness or are they standing their fluff on end because they are scared?
ReplyDeleteNobody's tense or frightened. No hair standing on end, he's floofy and always looks like that.
DeleteBean is always calm when she meets the kittens, and most often, but not always they are immediately receptive to her.
Thanks for the explanation. Glad to hear everyone's happy.
DeleteThanks for rescuing adult cats. They need a lot of help finding homes. I think it's fair to say that if Bean had problems with the kittens she wouldn't be on the chair touching noses. :)
DeleteHas Ms. Bean ever met a kitten she didn't like?
ReplyDeleteAWwwww Kitty Kisses! With floof to spare! And a happy tail! Adorable!
ReplyDeleteRoyal is always this floofy? Wow! (Ponders the wonder of it all...)
I think that someone hit the nail on the head.. Bean always gets along with the new kittens because they have kitten food breath. :) If she can't eat it, she can always enjoy the Eau de Chat Cronchies.
ReplyDeleteRoyal: 'Hey girl, we just met and this might sound crazy, but do you want to give me a bath?'
ReplyDeleteThere has to be a third kitten in that picture... somewhere in Royal's floof explosion.
ReplyDeleteK from MN
