Have you tried a soft pom-pom at the end of a short stick? That is how we start with the extremely scared cats at the SF SPCA. Gets them use to the touch with you around but not enough to be super scared.
They are all so sweet! I love to see how much they have learned to trust you, Laurie. I can't wait until they get to experience "The Bean"! There will be an infinite number of photo ops then! :-)
My precious Lilliane is a brown tabby, so I have a soft spot for....oh, that's nonsense. I love ALL the IBK, individually and together. But I agree with Christie; this little guy has something boop-able about his nose. (Lilli has a pink nose and green eyes; dare I suggest she might be spoiled?)
It looks like they're almost ready for head kisses! Jimmy is a gorgeous fellow, and he looks so very sweet that Charlene might get cavities when she gets her first taste. :)
I really think Jimmy is my favorite of the this group, and that's saying something, because I am such a sucker for floof! His little face and lynx ear tips just kill me.
do you offer a 'bundled' package??? once again, a good thing I live on the east coast. Of course, by now, Laurie would have cut me off if I lived on her coast... I wanted those Finch boys sooo bad.... I would not be surprised if she already had their furever folks, a trio of real cuties!!
I keep coming back to this post again and again... these pictures and Jimmy are just so dear! They actually make me all teary-eyed, but in a good way. A very good way.
Gotta love the subtle tuft of hair at the top of each ear. :)
ReplyDeleteI love this little bunch o' kittens.
UMMM this one is the cutest one by FAR. HOW DID THAT HAPPEN?
ReplyDeleteI totally agree. Count me in as a Jimmy fan. I love the floofy siblings too...but this one really gets me.
DeleteMe, too -- he is just perfect!
DeleteI think it's the serious expression on his sweet little face.... I am smitten!
DeleteJimmy is playing patty-cake with Laurie!! Yay for shy kittens learning to trust and love -- and play!! Great work Team IBKC!!
ReplyDeleteYay!! Grew out of his shell! <3
ReplyDeleteLove this little brown eyes. What a handsome boy! xx
ReplyDeleteNow you have three socialized, charming tabbies of the most extraordinary kind. Good luck choosing the lucky families who will inherit the kingdom!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait for my kitty boy to finally let me pet him. It's great that the kittens are being socialized at such an early age. I envy that!

DeleteThat's a good suggestion! I don't have a shy little one, but one of the things I really like here are the cat tips people share.
DeleteThat nose is extraordinarily boop-able!

ReplyDeleteI'm convinced all your kitties are hams...they love the attention! So adorable!! You can totally tell they all have lil personalities! =)
ReplyDeleteJazzy Jimmy? He is absolutely adorable! Love this tabby trio!
ReplyDeleteHe's not just a DSH, is he? I see a little bit of floof, even here. What a charmer Jimmy is.
ReplyDeleteI think he falls in the SH class. His coat is soft, but it's def short.

ReplyDeleteThose little ear tufts are too cute!
ReplyDeleteJimmy you are cute as can be, no matter what length your sweet soft furbaby hair is!
ReplyDeleteThat second pic kills me - wee little kitty lips!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like they're almost ready for head kisses!

To think of how scared they were when they first got here. Laurie works her magic again.
ReplyDeleteSuch a sweet expression! And the itty bitty lynx tips on his ears.....and.....and... (sigh)
ReplyDeleteOh Jimmy! Why aren't you and your brothers required viewing/snorgling at the UN or Parliament or the US Senate?! Problems solved!!!
ReplyDeleteAnd of course, I'm going to say again: Jimmy = my 14-year old (diabetic now! *sniff*) Atticus.
I really think Jimmy is my favorite of the this group, and that's saying something, because I am such a sucker for floof! His little face and lynx ear tips just kill me.
ReplyDeleteAnother darling! If my home kitty quota wasn't already met, I'd have applied for one (or two) of these boys already.
ReplyDeleteAww, too cute! I love the little tufts on the ends of his ears!!
ReplyDeleteOh! There is no "just" about Jimmy! Those little ear tips and his sweet little face!!! I'm in love!
ReplyDeleteHe looks like such a wise little one!
ReplyDeleteOh, that Jimmy sure is cute!
ReplyDeleteUmm...ADORABLE!!!
ReplyDeleteI love his stripyness and his paw-paws.
ReplyDeleteOne of these days, someone is going to adopt a whole litter at once :)
These three are all little posers, aren't they?

ReplyDeleteHe looks like a very serious kitten, with seriously adorable ear tufts!
