Nope, that was Royal. This is Floyd.
Floyd Tipton.
Please say hello to Floyd. But say it quietly, please. He frightens easily.
They look an awfully lot a like, but Floyd's nose is a little broader and his coat is a little longer. The easiest way to tell them apart is by their behavior. Royal is much braver, Floyd tends to retreat.
I can see Floyd is trying not to be scared, he just can't help it right now.
But he'll get there.
He will.
Little darling! Don't be scared, Floyd. You've landed in the most wonderful place a kitten could hope to be.
ReplyDeleteAbsetively posolutely! Gentle little fluffiness...
DeleteAww, poor things. Hang in there, kittens, you'll understand that people are good very soon.
ReplyDeleteThey're both going to turn into very handsome little men. Bean's a lucky lady. ;)
ReplyDeleteI do loves me some floof, but man oh man is Charlene going to have her work cut out for her.
ReplyDeleteGosh, they practically are identical twins, aren't they? I know that Floyd will become braver soon -- how could he not, as a student at Charlene's Kitten School? Such a precious baby!
ReplyDeleteFloyd, you have won the kitten lottery. Laurie's home is a magical place for kitties. What a wonderful life lies ahead for you!!
ReplyDeleteWhy are they so scared? Were they feral?
ReplyDeleteHe's really chocolate-box pretty.
I don't know their history, Lisa. It's rare that we do. They could of been feral, but I don't know for sure.
DeleteThose kittens are too cute for words!
ReplyDeleteThis sounds bad but a terrified kitty is so cute!!!! Awww!!
ReplyDeleteOh but he is ever so adorably frightened, isn't he? Fear not little Floyd! You've come to the right place.
ReplyDeleteKiss kiss Floyd! No need to be afraid little man.
ReplyDeleteLove the names of the two newly introduced Tiptons. But, I'm waiting for...J. Beresford Tipton (just gave away my age with this reference to the mysterious man who was "The Millionaire" on TV back in the 19502 and 1960s).
ReplyDeleteHa! I'm with you on that one! :)
DeleteOh Floyd. You are one beautiful wee mankitten. Love your floof and sweetly shy nature.
ReplyDeleteYou have fallen well on those four paws little guy!
Gentle pats to you.
*Whispering*.. Hi Floyd, you beautiful ball of fuzz.. You just won the lottery by landing in the foster home that you did. You will love it, and come to love its inhabitants. :)
ReplyDeleteAnother adorable boy! Oh, I hope he gets brave soon!
ReplyDeleteHIs little orange swipe across his nose is just charming. Can't wait to watch as he opens up!
ReplyDeleteWith Charlene and Royal for floof and comfort, Floyd, you'll be fine!
ReplyDelete(glad I waited one more day to leave town so I could see him!)
Okay, I said before that "Royal Tipton" sounds like the name of a tea.
ReplyDelete"Floyd Tipton" sounds like a PGA golfer!
Tinee tabbee twins!
ReplyDeleteFloyd needs a big kiss on the nose.
ReplyDeleteHe'll know he's in a safe place in a short while, and then watch out! because he looks like fun.
Dear little Floyd, you are such a furry boy and so very lucky to be attending the Butterbean ACATemy for Kittens and a resident of IBKC Lodge.
ReplyDeleteOh Floyd! Hang in there! It's going to get a lot less scary very quickly!
ReplyDeleteWhat an adorable little man. He'll be out and wowing the world so very soon.
ReplyDeleteWell, he's a darling boy and he'll see what a nice place he's in very soon...Hey! I just saw the Itty Bitties on our local TV news! AWESOME!!
ReplyDeleteThat was from YEARS ago. Every now and again they pull it from the archives and air it.
DeleteOnce again, I'm slain by the floofy tabby cuteness.
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweetheart! He'll be brave in no time at all!
ReplyDeleteWell, hi, little guy!
ReplyDeleteYou've got the best teachers in the world there. Craig and Laurie and their occasional human guests will show you how humans have warm laps and hands that are good for petting and cuddling and are actually pretty good at playing. Charlene Butterbean will teach you all you need to know about grooming and cat etiquette, and all about how to manage your own human staff when you get them.
So it's time to relax, you're a lucky little floofbucket!
Hi Floyd! Cutie!
ReplyDeleteI think I'm in love.
ReplyDelete(whispers) Awwww, hi, little fella! I know it seems scary now, but you're going to learn that you are completely and utterly surrounded by love and affection. You're safe! :-)
ReplyDeletePatience and ham has worked for me!
ReplyDelete(do you ever bribe them with food or just snuggle the fear out of them?)
Floyd is the prettiest of this litter.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beauty! I know he will flourish under your excellent care.
ReplyDeleteSuch a handsome baby! xx
