This batch was a fast one. They only had a few ounces to gain to make weight. Mostly, they just needed a little TLC to get them past their scaredy-cat ways.
Well they did it, and now it's time to move on. We've already said goodbye to dear Jimmy an Floyd, and now we need to find a place for Royal.

Royal is an exceptional boy. He so very sweet and affectionate and has so much love to give. He's 2.5 pounds of pure kitten delight.
Did I mention he loves to purr? He LOVES to purr. And chirp and squeak. He's very vocal.

His ideal home would have a kitten or an active younger adult cat to keep him company. And maybe a few cardboard boxes too - he loves those. Oh, and some paper bags. Those are always fun for Royal.
If you're on the hunt for a floofy, sweet kitten, please give us a holler and tell us a little bit about yourself. If you're not, but know of someone in our neighborhood (Seattle/Tacoma) who might be, please send them our way!
We'll be here, waiting for your call.
Thanks!
Thanks!
He seems to fit into a box just fine. Are you sure you can't send Royal to Austin? My floofy tabby girl would love a little brother.
ReplyDeleteHOpe he find a forever home real soon. :)
ReplyDeleteSome days your posts make me want to pick up and move to the Northwest, and this is one of them. I just love talkative cats, and have ooh-ed and awww-ed over every post with Royal :-)
ReplyDeletewhat the look alikes didnt get taken together? what! injustice! rabble rabble rabble!
ReplyDeleteOh, no, how did I miss the send off for Floyd and Jimmy? Good luck, little fellas. I'm quite sure Royal will be scooped up momentarily by his forever home.

I haven't posted their adoption tales yet. You didn't miss it!
DeleteI was just in your area, and my daughter, who lives next door in Idaho, is still complaining that I didn't swing by and pick up a kitten for her. :) Now she's going to complain even more, knowing that Royal still needs a home! Oh well, that's what her lovely local shelter is for if she needs another cat, right? :)
ReplyDeleteDear Universe, it's time for you to do your thing. Yours truly, Darin.
ReplyDeleteOh, Royal, stay another few weeks so we can admire you daily. But seriously, what Darin said.
ReplyDeleteAre you sure we HAVE to be in the area? My Maine Coons, Reilly & Spritey, would love a baby brother. Can offer tummy rubs, boxes, paper bags, sunny windows. toy meeses and love...in Conn.
ReplyDeleteHe's going to make some lucky family very happy. Sounds like he's packed with personality.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness! If that second from the bottom picture doesn't scream "well, hello there, my new dear family", nothing does.
ReplyDeleteWhat a darling floofy boy.
He is a beauty! :) =^..^=
ReplyDeleteAre you kidding me with those last pictures?! Royal in a little fleece blanket lined box!!
ReplyDeletePlease number me among the Royal admirers and would-be adopters from afar. With any luck, the perfect courtier has already claimed this king of cute.
ReplyDeleteOh man, I can't handle the cuteness! If Royal doesn't find a home soon, my two kitties might find they have a little brother. As soon as I convince my husband that we need another cat... :)
ReplyDeletegive us his email and we will all convince him!! haha... If not, ditto to Darin's comment.
DeleteLike everyone else NOT in your area, I too am dying to give Royal a home. But plane rides for itty bitties are expensive for mommies and scary for baby cats.
ReplyDeleteI am positive that Royal will be in a cozy paper bag or box soon at his new forever home, because he is such a dear sweet little fella!
How does that sweet fluffy baby not have a home yet?? He's too cute!
ReplyDeleteMaybe Royal is destined to stay with Charlene for as long as they both shall live??? ;-)
ReplyDeleteNope. That is not his destiny. I've said it before, and most likely I'll say it again, but we're not planning on keeping any kittens anytime soon.
DeleteIt works the way we do it, and we don't want to rock the boat. So, as long as we're fostering, we're not looking to expand the family.
Is Portland considered too far away?
DeleteNope, we've sent a couple of kittens to PDX.
DeleteOh what a PRECIOUS adorable and LOVABLE baby!!!
ReplyDeleteOMG.
ReplyDeleteKitten in a plastic box.
Best still life ever.
Love, love, love these pictures - but especially the first and second one. Royal, you are the floofy business.
*Swoons* never to be upright again.

Oh, I am so glad I live all the way in NJ, as I would want to adopt each and every kitten. Especially Royal.
ReplyDeleteIt's tooo soooon! Blessings on each one, and Royal's family which is soon to appear.

ReplyDeleteBecause "Operators are standing by!"
He is such a beautiful kitten- it can't possibly be very long before someone begs to fill out papers and wisks him away.
ReplyDeleteCan't believe that no one has snarfed him up yet.. He'd have a lovely harem of 3 girls here in Sacramento.
ReplyDeleteIf only royal lived in the Midwest:(
ReplyDeleteHe's such a precious little one. I'm sure his people will show up soon, and they will be wonderful.
ReplyDeleteRoyal Tipton is a kitten of leisure!
ReplyDeleteI need to kiss this cute baby!
ReplyDeleteWe just may have an extra day or two to see Royal and Charlene interact...the one:one days can be mighty special...and he is a TABBY BOY, her favorite flavor.
