Well friends, it's one of those moments.
So PLEASE take any or all of those precautionary measures because I have someone you REALLY need to meet.
Her name is Wylla Stout.
And...
here...
she....
is.
Now aren't you glad I warned you?
Is everyone OK?
Do I need to dial 911 for anyone?
PS...
I know we still have to wrap things up with our little Tiptons - we'll have our next departure tale on Monday. I couldn't wait a single second longer to share this girl with you because I knew you all would be so very excited to see her!
So much hair! She has a gorgeous mane that she will grow into, and be a show-stopping face.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, you're killing me here. Wylla Stout..bless her little cutest kitten in the world heart.
ReplyDeleteOMG!
ReplyDeletesqueeeee! must smoosh face into fuzzeh kitten!
ReplyDeleteis it possible that the hair weighs more than her? b'c that is A WHOLE LOTTA FLOOF!
ReplyDeleteI suspect that if you gave Miss Wylla Stout a bath, you'd find that her body is only about 1/4 of the size the floof makes it appear to be. What an adorable little girl! I can hardly wait to meet her siblings...
DeleteI sense lots and lots of tortie-tude with this one!
ReplyDeleteOh....My....Gawd! She is absolutely adorable! Look at all that floof! And those chubby legs! And her beautiful eyes! **THUMP** I'm OK. I just fell over from all that CUTE! :-)
ReplyDeleteFluffy Tortie! This one is a spitfire, I can tell!
ReplyDeletePatti in KY
Oh my goodness, that's a lot of floof!
ReplyDeleteI have a fluffy tortie, and yes--this cat is going to have loads of personality.
ReplyDeleteOh, Laurie, the warning was warranted!! Fortunately I took your advice, but only after two cups of tea, four pizzelles and a good snort of smelling salts have I recovered. She out-floofs even our beloved Bean!!
ReplyDeleteI have a grown up version sitting next to me. Oh my, thank you for showing me what she would have looked like as a kitten. (I rescued her three years ago from Purrfect Pals.) I do hope this precious kitten gets a really good home. After all, she a Princess.
ReplyDeleteMy head just exploded a bit from the cute *_*
ReplyDeleteI am so glad you gave me that floof warning. I capped my Diet Coke, put it down and braced myself, but still was blown away by her awesome floofiness!
ReplyDeleteHoly floof-balls, Batman!
ReplyDeleteOh she is gorgeous! Is she a Maine Coon by any chance? I have one and he's just a big floofy baby.
ReplyDeleteI think she's a Traditional Persian. She has the flat face, but not extreme like you see in cat shows. She's much too floofy to be a Maine Coon in my opinion and her ears, are short and her body is very thick. Maine Coons tend to look more like Domestic Longhairs but oversized with extra ear fluff. My adult orange tabby is Persian, and was also a rescue. She looks very similar to my cat in fluff and physical features.
DeleteAwww hello Wylla - youo are a cute tortie!
ReplyDeleteWhat a darling little face!
ReplyDeleteCan I swear for a moment here and say...Holy Sh*t!!!...I've never seen anything so cute in all my life!. She needs to be on a poster or something....no, no...that would surely be the end of the human race as we know it!
ReplyDeleteBeyond floofy And cute!!!
ReplyDeleteBeyond floofy and cute!
ReplyDeleteSQUEEEEEEEEE!
ReplyDeleteI could not stop myself from letting out a high-pitched "OHHHHHHHHH." Several co-workers have come to investigate and have been equally smitten.
ReplyDeleteBefore I saw her picture I thought, "No kitty could be more adorably floofy than Royal Tipton."
ReplyDeleteOMG!
I had to cover my mouth so I didn't yell out loud over Wylla.
She would win a baby floof award, easy.
P.S. I still love Royal.
I didn't yell out loud but I for sure made an embarrassing squeal.
DeleteI am glad I am at home tonight....I yelled "HOLEY CARP!" (spelling altered to prevent innocent eyeballs)
DeleteWhat a PERFECT NAME!!! And those chubbly little stout legs!
ReplyDeleteOMG!!! wow that is super cute! and her name!! Im home sick with the black death (read: bronchitis) and she made my day!
ReplyDeletePure preciousness all wrapped up in a puffball of cuteness and topped with innocence!
ReplyDeletewhat a darling girl! I can only imagine the softness of all that floof!
ReplyDeleteOMAHGOD! Hehe, by the look on her face, even Willa seems amazed by her own Floofosity-that is one uber-floofy kitten!
ReplyDeleteOMG! WANT!!!! She is gorgeous!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a delectable little morsel of floof!!!Mom wants to bury her face in that fur!!!
ReplyDeleteEven after heeding your warning, my knees still buckled. I need to fan myself (even though we're inthe middle of a blizzard.) She is one gorgeous kitten who is going to maature into a phenomenal lady.
ReplyDeleteThose eyes! those teensy little ears! the floofiness of it all is too much! Seriously... the words cute, adorable, lovable, don't begin to suffice for this precious little thing! My heart's still thumping a little...
ReplyDeleteLoreen and Mr. Whiskers
She's a puff with a face! Is she distantly related to Colonel Meow?
ReplyDeleteI was thinking the same thing!
DeleteMe too!
DeleteOh. My. Floof. I just want to bury my face in her fluff! (Sorry Clarissa, you can go first though!)
ReplyDeleteWEEEEooooWEEEEooooWEEEEEoooooWEEEEEooooo..
ReplyDeleteOk, I have the broom and dustpan ready for anyone whose brains need sweeping up after exploding from the kewtness here.
What a stunner.. Wonder if all of the batch is this cute as well?
that is some serious floof
ReplyDeleteBeyond cute -- Laurie you really know how to impress the IBKC crowd. Who else do you have up your sleeve ?? I hope more adorable sqee. Please give Wylla a hug for me.
ReplyDeleteExquisite! Perfection.
ReplyDeleteI. can't. speak. Too much floof and puff. Help.
ReplyDeleteAddendum: My room-mate came over asking "Was that a cry of desper-aaaaaaawwwwww!!!!"
ReplyDeleteLove those chubby cheeks!! It's like the best of baby humans and baby kitties combined!
ReplyDeleteGlad you warned us. She could definitely cause heart problems where ever she goes. Seriously, she would make a cute little sis for The Bean. I wonder if my husband would miss me if I flew up to your area to meet the little miss??
ReplyDeleteOMG my jaw dropped when I saw this picture! Fluffiest kitteh ever!!! So cute! I can't wait to see more of her!
ReplyDeleteFloofy Funny Face. Wee White Toes. That is all.
ReplyDeleteOMG Laurie and Wylla! I giggled out loud. Wow. Is she maybe part Persian?
ReplyDeleteShe better be careful in the laundry room - she might get mistaken for some dryer lint!
ReplyDeleteThat picture must be Photoshopp'ed, how else to explain the absolute perfection of perfection that Wylla Stout is?
ReplyDeleteThose LEGS! That FACE! The FLOOF! Wylla is just the sweetest, funniest little thing ever.
ReplyDeleteFloofiest ever! Totally adorable. Does she have sisters or brothers???
ReplyDelete:THUNK:
ReplyDeleteThere's just no way to prepare for that. Holy smokes.
Excuse me while I go see how much time off from work I can get to drive from Atlanta to Seattle.... :)
I do believe young Wylla is THE floofiest kitten I have EVER laid eyes on! What a precious little girl!
ReplyDeleteOh my....that adorable squishable nose. I love to "honk" my kitties noses and they seem to like it too. Maybe they just tolerate it? I am the tuna connection after all.
ReplyDeleteAptest name ever given.
ReplyDeleteOh la la, Wylla!
ReplyDeleteHoly monkies, Wylla! You're adorable! And I'm thinking it's a good thing Laurie didn't show us your little baby kitten tail, too, because who knows how many 911 calls would have been needed!
ReplyDeleteMoving to Seattle pronto!!
ReplyDeleteOMG, she's something else. She will require her own beautician when she's a grownup lady!
ReplyDeleteTortie-fluffy PERFECTION! I love you already, Wylia!
ReplyDeleteThe IBKC is now a squillion percent more floofy! I didn't think that was possible!
ReplyDeleteWow! I showed an office mate and she wants to know if that's really a cat or if it's an "Owl-Cat..."
ReplyDeleteWhich ever you are, Wylla, you are super lucky because the queen of floof can be your floof-taming mentor! I can't wait to see how Charlene Butterbean reacts to this ball of fur!
I've been a lurker until now but this baby floofiness is forcing me to comment.
ReplyDeleteThat little face kills me! There's a floofy tortie girl in my family too, but Wylla wins for uber-floof.
Oh! My! Floof! What an adorable ball of feminine pulchritude! I am smitten!
ReplyDeleteLook at her! So squeezable!
ReplyDeleteThank goodness I was seated! And I had to cover my mouth to conceal the jaw dropping gasp!
ReplyDeleteOH MY GOSH!!!!! SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! Must. Snorgle. Kitten!!!!!
ReplyDeleteYou absolutely cannot adopt her out without getting a signed contract for ongoing pictures! We HAVE to see what this squee-ness turns into!
ReplyDeleteDitto that!

DeleteI'm curious what her siblings (assuming she's not a loner) look like, she's a heartbreaker in the making.
ReplyDeleteI can't look at her without smiling!
ReplyDeleteFLLOOOOFFFFFERRRRRZZ!!!! Nawrbs, so adorable. The floof almost takes over her ears.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteOMG soooo cute - but first thought was phantom of the opera cause of the mask like face she has - soooooooooooo cute!
ReplyDeleteThat is seriously the most adorable kitten ever. What a little beauty!
ReplyDeletePlease poke her so we can see how deep the floof goes. :)
ReplyDeleteShe is floofilicious!
Charlene's gonna have her work cut out for her, giving baths to this one!
ReplyDeleteGood grief, the cute just never stops at this blog...
I think I'm in love!
ReplyDeleteShe's like an adorable floofy cartoon kitten!

This is the cutest thing I have ever seems, oh my goodness.
ReplyDeleteWell, I've been here to look at Wylla four times, so the least I can do is comment. I keep coming back to scritch those little fluffy cheeks with my cursor. I'm sure she can feel it!
ReplyDeleteShe makes me think of Orson Davenport. When I saw his introduction photo I commented that he was a thug.
ReplyDeleteShe's a bit of a thugette.
Oh, Wylla Stout, you are too much. Those floofy, chubby little legs. That adorable peach-colored nose. And is that a floofy white belly to go with your tiny white toes?
ReplyDeleteOh. My. Gosh. I inhaled a gasp and exhaled a shriek. Did something of a double take, just to be sure there was a kitten in there! Hopefully in the coming weeks we'll get a profile photo - I'm sure her darling little nose nub is fabulous!
ReplyDeleteK from MN
She is the most adorable little floofball! She slays me with the cute!
ReplyDeleteWell that's it. You've finally killed me with cuteness.
ReplyDeleteWell that's it. You've finally killed me with cuteness.
ReplyDeleteOh, that face! Such confidence in someone so young. Can't wait to meet her siblings.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful little girl!
ReplyDeleteSo so so adorable!
ReplyDeleteShe's so cute, I almost have to laugh! She's incredible!
ReplyDeleteOMG the nose!!!! So cute, woder what the rest are like!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness :) There's a kitten under all that hair, right?
ReplyDeleteOh my - I'm very grateful for the cuteness overload warning. She looks like a manga kitty. She's so adorable! Squeee!
ReplyDeleteOH -what a cute little face!
ReplyDeleteSigh. Florida is far away. I love her!
ReplyDeleteshe is sooo sooo adorable. Soo much puff too. sqeeeeeee
ReplyDeleteSigh. Florida is too far away. She is adorable. I would love to have her but too far away and butterball princess Ellie would be very upset. Sigh
ReplyDeleteI have to admit, I was skeptical after I read your warning. Ha, just another pretty kitten, my silly self shrugged. Hands up, she is beyond gorgeous. I'm speechless and envious of the lucky person/family who would adopt this super pretty cute girl :) I second a previous reader who asked for a contact to be signed by her future family for more pictures of her. We need to see more of her.
ReplyDeleteWhat a precious puffball! WANT.
ReplyDeleteI believe whoever adopts this floofiest of floofy kittehs will have a life full of "did she really just do that?" and "Kitty, no, get down from there" and "what was I thnking?" - all things I myself say with the addition to my house of my foster failure tortie Carrie. Every day laughter, annoyance, laughter, love and snuggles.
ReplyDeleteBetter start Ms Bean on an anti-hairball regime - bathing this one will be a mouthful.
Even my floofy maine coon has floof-envy
ReplyDeleteOMG! She is GORGEOUS
ReplyDeleteHer face reminds me of one of the dwarves from 'The Hobbit'. I look forward to meeting the rest of her siblings.
ReplyDeleteOh teh floofs! She is GORGEOUS!
ReplyDeleteMy tortie with tude passed away 2 weeks ago at the ripe old age of 16. I sure do miss her and her crazy antics.
ReplyDeleteSeeing this post, with everything that happened between the IBKC community meeting Ms. Wylla for the first time and now, when she is your beloved, adopted girl, is so sweet. Who even knew, when this was posted, what would come? She was meant to find her way to you.
ReplyDeleteIt is funny how it all played out. One of the greatest things ever came out of something pretty horrible. There were many "what have we gotten ourselves into" moments at first, but the rewards outweigh any inconveniences. We're lucky.
