I wonder which end the head is at in the last picture - it's all floof!
(Also, speaking of silent and not-so-silent leaping, my brother once encountered a spider that he said he HEARD land when it jumped from the wall to the floor... o_0 It must have been bigger than Wylla!)
Of course there's no sound! She is light and soft as a feather! These pictures absolutely slay me. Her light-filled floof and her ability to fly are just too cute!
Wylla is one of those cats, clearly, who can defy gravity when she leaps and float light as a feather. My favorite kind of kitty! So fun to see her playing.
Wylla the Wonder Cat! Or, Wylla the Spatially Challenged Kitty. Either way, she's a delight, and as others have said how wonderful it is to see her *playing* and enjoying herself. Yay!!
The photo of Wylla leaping just lit up my day - it's so lovely to see her have fun.
ReplyDeleteIt's a bird! It's a cloud! SPLAT Nope, just a silly kitten.
ReplyDeleteToo precious... wonder if Wylla was a ballerina or a ninja in a previous life!
ReplyDeletehehe, fluffy cloud kitten
ReplyDeleteAll of the floof probably pads the landing.
ReplyDeleteGAH - death by Wylla cuteness... again!! And I love the way you captured the light on her fur floof. She is totally adorable.
ReplyDeletewhat a precious moment you captured here. so glad that wylla is growing up beautifully and looks healthy.

ReplyDeletegraceful leap + goofy landing = 100% kitten!
ReplyDeleteWylla the Predator approaches, then surveys her prey.
ReplyDeleteThere goes her POUNCE...did she get it?
Nope....probably defeated by the floof drag factors.
Lovely
How did she do that !! :)
ReplyDeleteGraceful AND silly — quite a tour de force, Wylla!
ReplyDeletePoompf kitteh!
ReplyDeleteShe is so sweet and soft...<3
Laurie,
ReplyDeleteI seriously hope that you put that one of her leaping in your book. Amazing photography, amazing dandy of a kitty!

ReplyDeleteLovely Wylla, the fourth picture with her tail straight in the air, the best!! Great to see her play
ReplyDeleteYou captured that pounce so beautifully. Yay Wylla! Pouncing and tumbling away...so sweet.
ReplyDeleteLove the tummy floof in #3. My turbo tabby has some ninja in him. He sneaks up on me all the time. :-)
ReplyDeleteAll that floof muffles any sound!
ReplyDeleteThat in-flight picture is just gorgeous... hope this is not a duplicate, I got a new error when I tried to publish.

ReplyDeleteShe is becoming a wee cat! or a catten as we call them at our house.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful :)
ReplyDeleteSo glad to see Wylla leaping & playing! Best wishes for putting a little more meat on her bones... under that floof, she's a skinny girl.... Go Wylla!
