I'm just so glad this day has finally come, and we get to celebrate tonight!

We wish you could all be there, but I know that's not a reality, so we'll take lots of photos to share with those of you who are only able to join us in spirit.
We've had a pretty long stretch of gray days, but today the sky is clear and bright. We've got happy cats taking baths and naps in sunbeams this morning, and life is good.

Bean has clearly decided that if Wylla is going to represent her and the IBKC at the book launch, she better darn well be clean behind those floofy ears. Best of luck tonight - congrats on the book! I can't wait until mine arrives. :)

I think that 2nd to last picture of Bean bathing Wylla with her eyes closed is my new all-time favorite picture of those two! So beautiful and amazing (as always) that you were able to capture that sweet moment on film!

Wylla flopped out in the sunbeam is my favorite of this set. Mellow, sleepy, sun-warmed kitties put a huge grin on my face and make me feel all warm and mushy and happy inside.

I got my shipping notification from Amazon yesterday and I was so surprised even though I knew the day was coming. I'm so fidgety at my desk because I know when I get home, the book will be there.
