Here are few last group shots of the girls. It's funny how now that the kittens are bigger, Wylla is starting to seem smaller again. Of course, that will all change when the next batch arrives.
It seems like the time with these girls just flew by! And Wylla did a fantastic job, helping Charlene prep them! Great job everyone! And all the best to you both, Hazel and Effie!
Wylla's first batch of kittens. These are going to be very special pictures in the IBKC collection. The windowsill portraits with Wylla and Effie remind me of Charlene in the same spot with one very proud little marmalade kitty, although I've forgotten which one.
A couple of those pics made me laugh as Wylla appeared to look skeptically at Effie; as if Effie was going to suddenly start chasing her tail or do something naughty.
What nice pictures. It's probably good that they are going to their forever home before they get bigger than Wylla. We don't want Wylla to realize she's "different" and be upset.
Oh, my goodness sakes, what a sweet collection of photos, all the girls are certainly contained and sweet..God's Blessings to you for what you do to save Itty bitty kitty cats..what a lovely lovely collection of photos, you are so talented!!! ciao
Awww, that last photo with Charlene is so sweet. Charlene: I would like to present the latest graduates from Miss Charlene Butterbean's Finishing School for Kittens.
I've been in love with little Hazel since the first picture. I was sure glad to see the oh-so worried look didn't last long. Now these lovely last portraits of all the girls...such perfection. What a nice re-entry into kitten-wrangling these two have been. Thank you!
Oh man, I was so not ready for this. However, as others have said, we’ve been privileged to get to know these two special tykes, and someone’s going to be *very* fortunate to have them in their lives.
Oh, Laurie -- I think every picture of every kitty and every cat that you take is perfection itself; through them we (the "gang", we know who we are) have come to know and adore very sweet fosterling and our truly beloved Charlene, sweet Drewey in her day and Wylla. But these? These pictures are the best yet. Good luck, our darlings Hazel and Effie! Blessings on ye!
oh dear, it's gonna be hard to say goodbye to hazel & effie
ReplyDeleteBoy, H & E were so worth the long wait for IBKCs in your home again!
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful girls all!
ReplyDeleteThey look so big now! I think everyone is going to miss them when they go to their new home. We're lucky for having known them. Thank you.

ReplyDeleteWhile saying Goodbye to these 2 will not be easy given the long and lovely stretch of Wylla...it warms my heart to hear "the next batch".
ReplyDeleteMine too! It's so wonderful that it's worked out so that Wylla is comfortable being with itty bitties like her big sister. Everyone wins!

ReplyDeleteI'm wondering what Wylla will think when the kittens go to their forever homes. Will she miss them, or will she revel in having more attention?
ReplyDeleteWill we get an update on the boys, too? Such a darling little family, and these two girls are so lucky! Yay, kittens!
