For Miss Wylla, there's nothing better than being belly-up in a basket filled with sunshine, so she stayed right there all afternoon until the sun slipped down.
My kitties do this sometimes but since they are both solid black, I don't think they could last quite so long in the sun. It gets kinda toasty under that black fur!
It has been lovely in our area of Washington state, it looks like Miss Wylla knows how to get her floofy on in the sun..I want to thank you for all you and your hubs does to save the wee kitteh cats..Our world is enriched by both of your efforts and many a fine family has the opportunity to love and cherish these wee ones after they get a little bit bigger..thank you, you make our world so much better, have a most wonderful weekend, ciaoX()
Sweet!! It would be so nice to spend our days that way! I often envy my kitties :)
ReplyDeleteI think this might be the most important thing cats have taught me- that sun on your tummy is the best thing.
ReplyDeleteYou mean Floofy Belly up with all your paws in the air 'cause you just don't care...
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like a great way to spend an afternoon! I'll try it this weekend.
ReplyDeleteDoes Miss Wylla like tummy rubs, or is she a "look but don't touch" kind of gal?

ReplyDeletePerhaps Wylla has already figured out that it's important to rest up before the next batch of kittens!
ReplyDeleteAt any rate, it's great to see such a happy kitty!
