Good morning, friends. I would like to introduce you to one of the new residents at the Itty Bitty Kitty Committee.
Please meet Miss Maeve Kibblesmith.
She's a delightful gray tabby, with adorable belly spots and a distinctive tabby "M" on her forehead. M is for Maeve.
She weighs about 13 ounces, and is just transitioning to solid foods, so she's a little messy right now. She's a bright little thing, and I'm sure Miss Maeve Kibblesmith will soon master the art of eating.
Let me get you a napkin, wee girl.
Well good morning peanut! Love your gray fur and gray eyes and gray nose leather.
ReplyDeleteEeeeeeeeeee!
ReplyDeleteWelcome, Miss Maeve! That food looks good on you.
ReplyDeleteHave you any siblings? I love your "M" on your forehead.
Awww, a ticked tabby. She's purdy!
ReplyDeleteARGH KIBBLESMITH!! *falls off chair, dead of cute*
ReplyDeleteRIGHT?!?! Kibblesmith is the CUTEST last name ever. If all of the kittens in this litter are this cute I may die.
DeleteThe Dearborns didn't kill me (althoug the Medleys came close a couple of times). I think I'll be okay, personally :)
DeleteCan 'Biscuitmaker' be far off...
DeleteActually just said "Oh Good Lord" out loud (about the messy face). So adorable.
ReplyDeletePatti in KY
awwww...soooo adorable!Kittens are so messy when they start solid food...
ReplyDeleteKibblesmith! One of the best names you've come up with. What a doll!
ReplyDeleteSqueeeeee!!!!
ReplyDeleteShe is just so adorable!
ReplyDeleteWhat food is she eating now? I'm trying to encourage my cat to eat more and she seems more interested in licking up the gravy or bits of minced Fancy Feast than "traditional" eating. She still eats but not as much as I'd like. Anyway since kitten food is richer than adult food I figure it's just the thing my cat needs. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteAlso, how do you pronounce "Maeve"? She's very cute and I like the litter name.
It's a prescription food, so it's only available through vets. Maeve rhymes with save.
DeleteMaeve you are such a cutie -- can't wait to see the rest of the litter !! ;)
ReplyDeleteSqueeee! Two thumbs up for the cute!
ReplyDeleteKisses to Maeve.
Auntie Em
Not too bad...I've seen kittens that just about need a bath after being introduced to canned food ;)
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, Maeve! Welcome xo
ReplyDeleteWelcome to a wonderful life, Maeve!
ReplyDeleteSomeone needs to slurp quick! OMG so cute.
ReplyDeleteOh, I love gray tabbies! As well, Kibblesmith is an awesome surname.
ReplyDeleteKibblesmith? KIBBLESMITH?! Omg, I'm dead from the name alone.
ReplyDeleteSo Cute! I almost fell out of my chair when I saw the food on her chin! Welcome to paradise, Wee Miss Maeve Kibblesmith! And I too just LOVE the surname, Kibblesmith. Adorable!
ReplyDeleteI agree with all of the posters who have already pointed out that Kibblesmith is one awesome litter name!
ReplyDeleteMaeve is gorgeous, and I'm sure she'll get the hang of eating without getting quite so much all over herself.
I can hardly wait to meet the rest of the Kibblesmiths!
oh, my itty bitty kitty cat doodness, she looks like she is eating as best as she can for only 13 wee ounces, God's blessings for all you do to save the itty bitty kitty cats, she is adorable, love love the name smooches to miss Charlene butterbean and to miss Wylla Stout toooooo!X()
ReplyDeleteMaeve Kibblesmith - love it! I think that is the best name yet!
ReplyDeleteYep, Kibblesmith is the best name ever! And Miss Maeve is a darling!
ReplyDeleteI'm totally in love! Jo x
ReplyDeleteI think watching baby kitties learn to eat is one of the most fun things in the world...poor gal! Keep on working Maeve, you'll learn soon.
ReplyDeleteSquee.
ReplyDeleteThat is all.
Too bad little Maeve hasn't been introduced to Bean yet. I'm sure Charlene would have no problem showing her the joy of a Bean bath, especially making sure her mouth is quickly cleaned up.
ReplyDeleteMy heart is bursting yet again. This is helping me stop missing Effie and Hazel.
ReplyDeleteMy foster kittens are in the transition phase p, laying across the mixture of Gerber/kitten chow. Their muzzles are full of food. And they hate when I wipe their faces. Next week, they learn to pounce and climb.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes on your single foster
Gail
