Thurston and Norma Easterbrook were adopted by our dear friends Katy and Jerry, so I've had many opportunities to see them, and I get updates all the time. They're adored by their parents and live a very nice life in Seattle. They're healthy, happy, and both have remarkably shiny coats.
Here's the pair when they were wee.
Norma (who now goes by Binka), is the more social of the pair. If you pay her a visit, most likely she'll engage you in an endless game of fetch.
Thurston (who now goes by Saucer) is a striking young man. He loves swatting at his "Da Bird" toy, and showing off his marvelous belly. He looks so dashing in his tux, doesn't he?
Thanks for sharing these photos of your gorgeous kitties, Katy! It's always good to see them!
Those are indeed some shiny, shiny coats! They must be very well fed :)

Do you know what type of food she feeds them?

ReplyDeleteI love tuxes and black cats- they are always so dapper looking. Those kitties are gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteI just can't believe how tiny they were! that photo of Saucer just kills me he's so cute!!!! The photos of him on his belly were taken by our friend Poni who house and cats sits for us, and is adored by Saucer. He's poised here for his favorite game, the half pipe (which is a sono tube cut in half.) He lays there belly up and loves to bat at a plastic cable tie. He is a power lounger and likes his tummy love more than any other kitty we've ever known. Binka, who has insatiable curiosity, has no interest in the half pipe. Indeed, she will wear you out playing fetch for up to an hour. We often call her "Bea" for short, and recently, I've also nicknamed her "Beagle" because she is so much like a dog with her personality.
ReplyDeleteThese kitties are so shiny!!! Just beautiful adults.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful kitties! You can just see how much they are loved and cared for :)
ReplyDeleteThose are some of the shiniest kitties I've ever seen!
ReplyDeleteAs a relative newcomer to the blog, I don't believe I "met" these two as kittens. That said, it's very nice to meet them as kittens and "big boy or girl" cats all at once. I love the boy's white ear tufts. Very dashing! (Don't tell LG. He gets jealous. :-))
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful! I will always remember Laurie's cute picture of Thurston imitating Michael Jackson on a sunny rug :) What a little ham!
ReplyDeleteGoodness gracious, they're gorgy!
ReplyDeleteThey are beautiful! I love alumni updates!!
