I was curious because it always looked like treats were given off of someone's finger. I like giving bonito flakes to my girl. Is it because of the megaesophagus that Wylla gets nutritional supplements?
Don't worry, Wylla- there are probably 50,000 (200,000? a million?) people who would easily reach through their computer screens to let you lick some food off their fingers! I totally get it- I'm that way around ice cream sandwiches.
My two older kitties get the food supplement. Joe will eat it as a treat (and has miralax mixed in with it!). Meg used to eat it directly; now she won't, but sometimes will in yogurt. Otherwise, she gets a sideways shot of it from a syringe.
Awww, Wylla! Those are the cutest grabby paws! I'm one of the 50,000 people who would happily reach through the computer screen to serve Wylla a treat!
Patience is NOT a virtue for a kitty who wants her treats NAO! If the treats are taking too long, well, she'll just have to grab hold and speed up the trip to her tongue. ;D Good thing her 'grabby paws' routine is so darn cute (and claw-free), right?
Hey, a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do. Especially after Charlene ate ALL my treats...
ReplyDeleteThat was my thought too! "Gotta get my treats before Charlene does!"
DeleteWhat kind of treats do you give to the girls?
ReplyDeleteWylla's treat is just her nutritional supplement. Charlene's treat is a little bit of Wylla's food.

DeleteYes, it is.
DeleteI wish Gracie Marie was that keen on her petromalt !
ReplyDeleteAww! Wylla is so stinking cute! She sure loves her Nutrical, doesn't she?

ReplyDeleteShe is one lovely little cat! and Charlene is too! *Sigh* Wish I could meet both of them!

ReplyDeleteIsn't holding on part of a "balanced diet"...?

I love Wylla's focus on her treat! I volunteer to allow my fingers to be used to serve Wylla!
ReplyDeleteI can't tell, were her claws in or out?

ReplyDeleteIt is for such activities that one of LG's nicknames is "Grabby Hayes." (Yes, I'm an older gal.)
ReplyDeleteReminds me of my Himalayan who loved her Petromalt. Is so sweet that Wylla knows exactly how she must eat--makes your life easier, too!
