This was my favorite discovery: Wylla meeting Charlene for the very first time on March 16, 2013. She was only 10 weeks old!
Wylla had just returned from a lengthy stay in Vet Treatment. She hadn't been diagnosed with Megaesophagus yet, and we were still trying to get to the bottom of her health issues. She had tested negative for Panleukemia, the virus that took her brother's life, quarantine had ended, and it was safe for her to meet Charlene.
At first, Wylla was a little startled by giant Bean, and got a little puffy. But two minutes later, according to the photograph's data, this moment happened.
"Who ARE you? I like you!"
I love how calm these two look and the tenderness in these photos does touch my heart. It was the start of their relationship, and their big adventure together!
I forget just how tiny and poofy Wylla was. Thanks for reminding us!

ReplyDeleteI don't think there has been a single moment in Wylla's life when she hasn't been just about the cutest kitty in the entire universe. From mega-floofy kitten to beautifully-floofy adult, she is just gorgeous. And of course she calmed down immediately with Charlene -- Charlene is a superior big sister/ foster instructor for all kitties, large or small!

Such a sweet moment of the sisters meeting each other. And while I'm happy Wylla grew into her floof, she was awfully cute.

Very sweet! I will never forget Wylla's introduction on this blog. It was the absolutely cutest kitten picture I have ever seen (and your blog has a LOT of cute kitten pics!)!
