Cat Dad

Today I combed through the IBKC achieves and put together a little collection of pictures of my favorite man with a few of my favorite cats.

I know he's not always thrilled when I point the camera is his direction, but I'm glad I am able to snap a picture of him with the cats and kittens on occasion.  It would be sad not to have these sweet moments documented. Sometimes memories alone aren't enough.

    Those are great! I especially love the one of the kitten playing guitar and Bean (it is Bean, right?) in the hat.

    I love it when men are willing to show their softer side, like allowing kittens to climb all over them.

    These are too precious! Love them all, but especially the first one. It's so wonderful to see how loving and caring you both are with these kitties. (*dang it! who's cutting onions in here?!*)

    You can tell a lot about a person by how they treat the vulnerable among us. With so many viral videos of people hurting cats, it's lovely to see these pics of blissed-out cats and kittens with a man who is calm and gentle with them.

    Aww, such sweet pics. I also like the one of baby bean in the knit cap, as well as the one where he is sporting a "kitty blanket." I was actually thinking kitty t-shirt, like the commercial where the guy has a white one, which he purchased on Skymall (observes moment of silence for the dear, departed Skymall). One of LG's fave places to perch is on his recumbent dad's chest.

    The first question girls should ask a guy is "so, do you like cats?" (even if she doesn't have a cat!) Allergies are okay as long as the answer is "I think cats are great even though they make me sneeze".

      this is how I met my husband! We met on an online dating site, he answered a multiple choice question saying that his cats were part of the family :) I decided right then that he was worthy :)

      My husband and I are both allergic to cats (we currently have three), and we both have asthma, but we figure that’s why God invented allergy shots and inhalers. :)))

    The first pic is my favorite. Being "besieged" by five kittens isn't exactly condusive to reading, but as distractions go, it's hard to be annoyed with kittens, know what I mean? ;D Give me a good book, a comfy chair to curl up in, a lap of snoozing kittens/a cat, and a mug of Irish Breakfast tea within easy reach, and I'm a happy, happy woman.

    The kitten on the curtain totally completes the last pic. Naughty little kitten! ;D You're truly blessed to have a husband who's as much of a cat lover as you, Laurie. Congrats on marrying such a wonderful man.

    I do so love seeing the kittens and Craig. They always looks so happy to be on their human tree.
    But the moments with Charlene (grown and baby) are priceless. And of course - Wee Wylla, when she was truly Wee.

    Boy you got yourself quite a fella, I think the pictures absolutely adorable..love the one with the Queen and also with Wylla when she was a wee one..Cracks me up they are all over him, cats sense loving sweet human beings..Happy Passover and Happy Easter..what a fella you got..I am praying for my only to meet a cat fella, she would be so happy.something about a fella holding an itty bitty kitty makes me feel great..ciao!

    Thanks for being such a good sport, Craig. These photos are especially touching to me, as Ron is a great cat dad, too.

    The photos of Craig holding the itty bitty kitten in his hands, and the one of Baby Bean with her daddy just knock me out.
