We have two juveniles in custody. Sgt Bean and Officer Stout are on the case. Suspects will be bathed into submission and questioned about the whisker heist.
I hear in cases like this, when you're interrogating a suspect, the best way to make 'em talk is to pet them a lot and kiss their belly. Nose kisses also work. Good luck catching the whisker thief! ;D
Oh the joy of chewing a siblings whiskers - our last two burmese girls used to have a pact. One was allowed to chew the others whiskers but only if the other was allowed to suck the chewer's fur.
Your comments crack me up. Tonight when she goes to bed, she should look to the bed mates on her left & right and she should have her answer. g Ps they are beginning to fluff out, good healthy sign for motherless kits.
Has the Defense Lawyers for the 2 suspects arrived yet? And have the suspects been read their Itty Bitty Rights? Has anyone thought to question the Matron on Duty?
Oh No! I hope you throw the book at the perpetrators of this heinous crime! (Not really!) She is adorable, with or without the whiskers. :-)
ReplyDelete[sibling coughs quietly]
ReplyDeleteThat always makes me smile- I guess they are just crunchy and fun to chew on. She is so cute.
ReplyDeleteSuch a cute little girl! I see that no one has yet discovered the whisker above her right eye...
ReplyDeleteGo easy on those suspects. They're both definitely juveniles.
Now that I see that one whisker- it is even funnier.
DeleteVery perceptive (i hope that's a legit English word), bravo, Berg!
DeleteAw, poor Trixie! On another note, I see she has a single white eyebrow whisker, just like my Figaro! :)

ReplyDeleteHysterical. She's pretty cute with those short little whiskers.

ReplyDeletethat has happened here before....except our "suspect" was caught red pawed :)
ReplyDeleteHa!!
ReplyDeleteA whodunnit worthy of "Sam the Cat"!! :D
Hee hee! Our Fuzz broke his off on the bars of his cage at the kitty rescue facility. They did grow back just fine.
ReplyDeleteFuzz would fit in with with the Clovers, Daphne. He's the correct coloring. Perhaps white whiskers are more brittle?
DeleteI'm just glad the perps didn't make off with all of them!
ReplyDeleteMiss Trixie, you sure are an adorable girl! (Seriously, though- will her whiskers come back?)
ReplyDeleteYes, they will grow back ! Cute little skeeter...
DeleteMaybe Trixie has gone for a crazy haircut. Youngsters have been known to wear some pretty strange fashions!
ReplyDelete(Yes, there might be reasonable doubt in the case of those two perps - says the defense lawyer)
Did Perry Draper make an appearance? Wasn't he the perp who chewed off Millie's whiskers?
ReplyDeleteIt ... snerk... sorry Trixie.. does look funny.. :)
